We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

The hotel was nice and clean, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable atmosphere overall. However, it’s not very child-friendly, which may be a drawback for families. The breakfast was also below par, lacking variety and quality compared to expectations. Overall, a decent stay for adults, but with some clear areas for improvement.

Your presence gave us great peace of mind. To the Housekeeping team, especially Miss Eko, thank you for keeping our room 0617 so clean and comfortable. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The Events team on Level 3 deserves a special mention as well. The door hang activity was such a meaningful and creative experience — suitable for all ages, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed participating. We were also thoroughly impressed by the Buffet team and the Chefs, who prepared delicious special set meals with so much care and flavor. Every meal was a delight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the Onsen staff (Auntie) at the public common area. She patiently taught me how to use the Onsen and kindly guided me on what to look out for — I truly appreciated their warmth and thoughtfulness.In short, we have no regrets choosing this hotel.

Excellent hotel with clean room, private onsen, good amenities. Our room had separate toilet and shower rooms, which was convenient since we were traveling with family so both rooms could be used simultaneously. Underground parking included, with parking attendants to help guide traffic if needed. Close to the main street so could walk up and down to see the stores and restaurants.

Room is adequately clean. However, there was the cigarette smoke smell in our room. Enjoyable in-room hotspring bath tub. Excellent location!

Nice room - clean, modern, and love the hot spring tub in the room. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast was a big surprise, very delicious. The only downside is that our rooms face a large hotel, with not much of a view. Other than that, it is almost perfect.

The hot spring feature in the room is perfect. Service is outstanding as well. Location is super convenient with plenty of food options and shopping options nearby.

We arrived before the check-in time. The staff was very nice and friendly. He introduced the surrounding sightseeing spots to us and let us know there was a common coffee area that we could take a rest before going out. The lobby was bright and spacious. Gave a very good first impression. We came back at night on first day and the luggages were already in the room. So grateful that they upgraded our room to one with balcony and can see the train station. The bed was very huge and comfy. Bathrobes were well pressed with good quality. Really impressed with all the details of the hotel. There was an onsen in the hotel which we enjoyed a lot. We went to have breakfast in the morning and impressed again by the semi-buffet. There were breakfast set of different style like taiwanese, japanese, rice in seafood soup and eggs breakfast set. All look delicious and we had difficulty choosing which one to have. And there were salad, fruits, cold dishes, bread selection in buffet area. All the staff from front desk to restaurant are polite and courteous. Even the guard at carpark and main entrance would greet you with warm gesture. Thank you for the hospitality. We love this hotel so much and the visit to this hotel truely added a great highlight to this trip in Yilan. Also good value for money.
