You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

make sure you have ocean front room so you can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand. So beautiful!

Fantastic location on the beach front of Macaé city. Because of covid breakfast in the room... I always prefer to go to the dinning hall. Clean room with a beautiful beach view. I will stay again in this hotel.

Hotel location is right on the beach. About 1km from all the bars and restaurants, but it’s a flat walk and easy to get to. So all in all location is great. Staff in the hotel are ok, they didn’t particularly explain anything and due to COVID we were unaware that breakfast can be ordered from the room. A wasted journey to reception, but breakfast was decent so happy with that. Not many staff speak English, so if you cannot speak Portuguese, expect some issues. Room was good. A bit of a waste having a king and single bed in a suite. A king and sofa would be far more practical. Shower room was good, although weirdly the shower hooks are the isolation points for hot and cold water. Don’t touch these if you can. Also had someone else’s hair on a wall which is never pleasant. I’d rate this as 7.5/10 decent enough. Didn’t blow us away but for the price, cannot complain

This is the newest property that I have ever experienced in Macae. My guess is that it opened within the past 2-3 years. Everything works, nothing is worn out as can be experienced in some other top rated properties in the area. The place was spotless, comfortable and in a great location in front of the beach. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Dinner was likewise very good. Usually there is a dinner buffet; however, apparently due to low occupancy, the advertised dinner buffet was not available on this particular Thursday night. I was assured that it would be available the following night. The pool area is well maintained with a beautiful oceanfront view. The pool water was clean and clear. My only negative comment concerns the bathroom amenities. It seemed out of place finding the same items that I would expect to encounter in a 2 star property at one of Macae's top ranked properties. They could at least provide a normal "hotel size" bar of soap, which is large enough to hold onto, instead of the tiny bars that are the current amenity.

O local é ótimo. Me hospedo sempre uma vez por mês, há uma ano, sempre satisfeita. Porém nessa hospedagem fiquei decepcionada pois não podiam emprestar uma taça de vinho. Lá eles alugam por R$15,00 cada taça. Achei bem decepcionante para um hotel desse nível cobrar esse valor. Uma economia que não justifica em relação a decepção.

Sempre que vou a Macaé fico hospedada nesse hotel. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto amplo e limpo Garagem, Ótimos funcionários e preços justos

Hotel muito bom, boa localização. Quarto bem limpo. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã com boas opções. Próximo à bares e restaurantes.

O lugar é incrível, porém se vc pedir algo de fora não emprestam talheres, e nem avisam que tem restaurante no local, comprei uma sopa. Veio sem talher e eles não emprestaram pois não comprei lá , no fim não comi a sopa.

Um bom hotel. Provavelmente ficarei lá em outras oportunidades.

Os travesseiros são velhos e a capa dos travesseiros parecem ser de plástico, faziam muito barulho. O hotel não preza nos detalhes. Deixou a desejar

- Hotel muito bom , achei EXCELENTE ter pote descartável no café da manhã para levar algo para o quarto, na minha opinião, isso foi um diferencial que faria voltar ao.mesmo hotel; - Pouca opção para lanche a noite, sugestão: café com leite (sem máquina), pão na chapa, coisas leves ... - Observei tapetes no hall de entrada com beirada para cima, mesmo sendo pouco, pode causar acidente; - O hóspede não tem identificação, achei que poderia ter alguma coisa pois o acesso ao hotel é livre, - Também acho que poderia ter vigia ou segurança na entrada/hall, para evitar acesso de pessoas que não são hóspedes; - Toda equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e amáveis. Parabéns!

Tudo limpo e organizado. Excelente café da manhã. Ainda que me hospedei exclusivamente para dormir, foi uma ótima experiência.
