The property is in excellent condition, an old refurbished house. The town is very tiny with only one open restaurant at 50 mt walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good, fresh fruit basket, fresh bread butter, and jam, boiled eggs and feta. Also espresso and cappuccino was good.

Costas and family have built a beautiful hotel. The staff - especially Costas daughter - is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will offer you everything to make you stay pleasant. They will open the kitchen for you and cook for you anything you’ll ask for. The place is clean, green environment with wonderful atmosphere. Very very recommended!

Ships Germany’s is an awesome and lovely hotel. The best experience was with staff who were lovely people, especially Demetria, Christina and there owner who gave us wine when we left. The breakfast was lovely with table cloths and many wonderful delicious foods from which to chose. I can’t say enough about the charm of the place, the flowers and the room. There’s also a very loving white cat who roams around and gives kisses. We will be back to Prespas and Agois Germanos.

A unique, traditional, peaceful and genuine hotel in a special part of Greece. The owners are welcoming and helpful and know the area well. Great breakfast and food in the evening. The shower was missing a door and it was cold enough in early October that we felt the heating could have been turned on already.

Charming renovated buildings, beautiful courtyard, helpful friendly staff, situated in a wonderful traditional village with a few shops and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and the service extraordinary. The buildings and grounds very special and the village truly charming. The bed is not very comfortable, but the reasons to stay in this place are more than looking for comfort. We would certainly return.

Charming hotel, clean room, great breakfast. Shower area a bit small but all hotels in Greece seem to have small shower areas.

Πολύ όμορφος πετρόχτιστος ξενώνας με παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση στα δωμάτια. Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό.

Καταπληκτική η διαμονή μας! Το δωμάτιο υπέροχο,παραδοσιακό και καθαρό. Πολύ ζεστό κι έτσι δεν ανάψαμε το τζάκι. Υπέροχος χώρος πρωινού. Εξαιρετικά προσεγμένοι οι εξωτερικοί χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες επαγγελματίες,φόραγαν διαρκώς τις μάσκες τους και φιλικοί. Υπήρχαν παντού αντισηπτικά. Ευχαριστούμε για το υπέροχο σαββατοκύριακο που περάσαμε! Αλεξάνδρα από Κοζάνη
