The staff were very friendly and helpful . While the room was very clean and tidy the chairs need a deep cleaning to remove the oily residue on the arms from years of greasy hands ! A normal condition not to diminish the care the staff take generally but over time it does reflect on the overall look. I really like staying at the Lakeview , it's handy to everything . But like anything used by a lot of patrons it needs constant up keep.

While not the best hotel I've stayed at, it was convenient and staff were helpful and friendly. It's starting to show its age, though. Breakfast was average.

The pillows were the worst we have evet had in a hotel, When we mentioned it to the front desk person the response was "yes we know".

The room was fantastically clean and cold (staff left the A/C on - thank you).. The staff on duty (when checking in was great).. The parking lot was very good, considering I was pulling a utility trailer.. I would definitely consider staying there again. !!

A very basic room in a hotel that is starting to show its age. Room was clean, breakfast selections were great. Furniture was old, chipped, and showing age - gave the impression that the owners are not willing to keep up with competitor hotels. Eventhough it was very close to the #1 Highway, the rooms were quiet.

I was very upset after we left and I discovered all my money was missing from my wallet. I only left my purse in the room when we went for breakfast. I reported it to the hotel and was told they would contact me later. I have not heard from anyone including the general manager . I also saw a staff member come out of a room and shut the door, obviously not cleaning! Not sure why she would be in there. Protect your valuables and money if you ever stay here. Thats all I can say! Bad experience!

Our beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows but not the best to sleep on. Typical for hotel, so no points off for that. Breakfast was good. Staff are always friendly there. Have stayed here a number of times over the years. Plenty of easy parking.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Nice and quiet too. The AC had the room to my liking within minutes. I was impressed by the quality of the included toiletries too.

The beds were comfortable and they supplied all the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap needed. Had trouble figuring out the tv, the front desk came right up to show us how. Very polite and helpful.

Front desk staff was so nice, when we found our fridge was not working. Took my sourdough starter and placed it in the staff fridge - so grateful! Second time staying here in Brandon, and just as content. Thank you!
