Clean room Set up was good

We were missing hand soap in our room. We just used the shampoo. Told front desk at check out as spent 1 night & was not as hotel that much during our stay.

Limited Parking, side door to outside didn’t work so when coming back you had to walk all around the property in the blistering cold, really thin walls, got the wrong room, sub par customer service

Expired milk at breakfast. 23 year old toaster blows up. Hotel can't control the hockey teams they book into the hotel so all non hockey guest suffer because of the noise and poor parenting.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was lacking. We went down at 9:00, breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30. The toaster was broken. The bacon and sausage was not there. The cook brought out four eggs and two sausages…. There was six people for breakfast. We ended up grabbing coffee and going elsewhere for breakfast.
