The place is fair for the price. Our bed was comfortable but there were things that made our stay less comfortable. Traffic is insane at night. You can clearly hear the vehicles as if u were in the street. The outlet next to the sink doesn’t work, the AC was dropping water, staff could care less, they are on their phone all the time and their is no ventilation in the halls it’s muggy and hot.

It was great for what I was looking for and close to where I needed to go, will stay here again.

Everything was good

I arrived to check in to room #118 and when I went to sleep on the bed there were bedbugs, we ran out of that hotel!!! We notified the lobby to cancel my stay. I have a picture but for some reason the application did not allow me to add it when I clicked on it

Friendly staff, there was hair between the sheets, it seems they didn't change sheets after the previos guests, they were also old and with holes. Thankfully when I travel I bring my own travel sheets. The lobby and the room were clean except for the sheets.

I had stay at this hotel multiple for the last 10 years. The breakfast was very good. Not this time, had burn waffles and no syrup. I did asked and one of the girls in charge state that’s all we had. Very limited food. Very disappointed. The room had white towels but they are not white at all, looked dirty, more like beige towels. The floor is dirty/sand like they didn’t clean the floors this time.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff was not friendly, the receptionist, or all very cold. None welcoming, did not give any sense of direction. A little rude. They do have free Breakfast, but also the staff was not helpful. I think the only people that were nice where the cleaning ladies. They’re actually was a man outside that let us park in a closer area. That was helpful. They’re remodeling outside, so you have to park in the dirt. The restrooms are pretty small.

Everything is great, good and convenience location but the only thing was that the food wasn't hot. The steamers or containers to mantain the food hot was off. But there's a microwave available.

Terrible, the room wasn’t bigger than a closet and the bathroom, uffff, you have to walk side ways to enter. The air conditioner wind hit you in the face all night, couse it’s half the size of the room. 1, yes only 1 mini elevator for 4 floors with 72 rooms. 2 persons with luggage and you have to wait 20 minutes for the next one. And be careful getting in and out because the floor is broken and they even left the pieces there to slip over. The front glass door was broken, good exercise trying to open it. Don’t get me wrong, I had stayed in worse places, but not many, not many.
