Fantastic experience from staying here.

Large and nice room but the bed and pillows aren't comfortable at all. There's construction around the villa and it's quite noisy if you expect the relaxing space. Staff are nice. Breakfast is just ok. Very bad view.

The location is strategic, very close to Fujikawaguchiko Station. Very good service, friendly receptionist, clean room, good breakfast. And there is a hot spring in the room, very comfortable. Far exceeding our expectations.

We are stay 2 nights so staff gave me a free rental bicycle service for 1 day. It's super surprise and make me happy cause where're clean atmosphere and a big big Fuji view. It's a Great trip.

The room is spacious, clean, with a bed and Japanese futon provided in the bathroom. The water has a warm bath. Very comfortable. The room can see Mount Fuji. Walking distance from Kawaguchi Station But breakfast is low
