Place was clean, great variety of breakfast, pool wasn’t usable and it was a bit far from the city centre.

Very basic room , the hotel was old and not well maintained. The staff was very nice

Nice comfortable place

It was a nice, clean, hospitable and lovely place to stay with a nice restaurant. It wasn't as walkable to some of the places around town that I'd hoped, but we still managed, and it was easy enough to grab a cab from anywhere!

Courteous and accommodating staff. Very clean and quiet rooms. Well located.

Staff very helpful, rooms clean. Nice to have hammocks to hang out in. Safe parking and a short walk to town. Would be nice to have more places to hang up towels and damp swim gear in room.

A short walk away from the main tourist area this hotel was well priced and adequately comfortable. Breakfast was okay but lacked vegetarian options (except fruit and scrambled eggs that were in front of a chicken dish that dripped into them!). Hotel owner was very friendly. A decent hotel at a fair price. Rooms were very clean although pool was not.

Great place to stay. It is quite a walk to the center but that did not bother us since we enjoying experiencing the city views. We felt safe, staff were very welcoming. Totally recommend it.

The property itself is located near homes or other unusual properties,but it is very safe. It is maintained well, clean. Restaurant was great, there's pizza and other non mexican traditional foods, very clean.

Casa San Juan is not a Marriot or a Hilton, but that’s the best part! The owners & staff are amazing and the place has so much charm! Johnny at the restaurant will take excellent care of you! The food is delicious and the breakfast buffet was the best! Valladolid was our first stop in the Yucatán Casa San Juan was our first hotel. We spent a month in the Yucatán and we missed Casa San Juan after our 3 night stay there! We walked everywhere in Valladolid! That being said, there a plenty of taxis and a motorcoach is $1-2 US from the Tren Maya to town center. We took a taxi from bus station to Casa San Juan. After that we walked. Great little town!
