What a nice surprise!- a lovely home for our stay in Kyoto, with a fantastic outdoor bath tub for morning or evening relaxing moments. Bus stops outside, Family Mart around the corner for coffee, and plenty of taxis passing by. 30mns away from all tourist locations. A great way to experiment a traditional Japanese home.

So authentic! Easy to get around wialking, taxi. Great access to station in Kyoto and amazing breakfast at the Wanderer and Scene Factory Coffee close by! Get the Hot Chocolate at scene - it's to die for!!

Great place to stay in Kyoto!

We loved staying here on our honeymoon! We were visiting from Canada. We had plenty of space and loved using the outdoor bath! It was basically a private onsen. The tatami mats in the living room and upstairs made our experience very special. The hosts were very kind and communicative as well. The location was nice and quiet, just off a main street with lots of delicious restaurants and transportation to get around easily to tourist destinations. Highly recommend for a special Kyoto experience! We would love to stay here again and will recommend to all our friends.
