Honestly, I booked this for my friend's family, and after hearing what my friend said, I can't help but comment. Some of the reception staff were very enthusiastic, but one didn't know how to talk to guests properly and had a bad attitude. Then there was the cleaning lady who changed the bed linens and had a bad attitude towards guests, saying things like, "Oh my god, if you let the baby throw up like that, the hotel will make you pay for it! Oh my god, why haven't you gone home yet? You're staying so long!" My friend is a tourist, and who can avoid encountering sick children in hotels? That night, my friend contacted the security guard to request a bed linen change, but they said they were out of linen, even though there was still some available. My friend insisted, and they finally threw it out for her to change herself. I hope the hotel will review this. My friend and I work in the service industry, and we understand that, but some of the staff's behavior and attitude were very unpleasant.
