Hotel ok could have been Breakfast not great Coffee machine did not work

Weĺl appointed & recently renovated, traditional style hotel. Nearby cafes & patisseries available for breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a longer trip in Northern Spain. This hotel is very central to all amenities including shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful which made it a pleasant stay for us.

We walked into reception and didi not like the Hotel at all, right on the street plus it was surrounded by a lot of people not very nice looking. We ended up not staying there. Terrible !

Hotel has a great location. We only stayed one night and the air conditioner was not working properly

A very tasteful and stylish hotel which was spotlessly clean. Loved the understated but high quality simplicity of the interior. Breakfast at adjoining cafe was excellent. Sadly our stay was somewhat let down by the poor attention to requests by the front desk. We kindly asked for restaurant recommendations, hand soap and robes for one of the rooms. These were not dealt with and we had to ask again. We were never given any recommendations or hand soap and only one robe!! Disappointed also that part of a curtain in one of our two rooms was detached from the rail and looked quite unsightly. Pointed this out on arrival, was told they knew of it but was never fixed during our four night stay. Not great for a boutique hotel.

Interesting hotel with a lot of character. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel in a very nice community. The hotel is very well kept and the staff was wonderful.

We loved our stay at this quaint hotel. Lourdes made our visit exceptional. We enjoyed visiting with her and feel she went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

We have been travelling through Spain and Portugal on our motorbike tour and this was our first stop. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with an absolutely fabulous breakfast. I happened to leave an item at the hotel. I didn’t realise but they notified me the next day and Lourdes was so determined to get this item returned to me, it warmed my heart. We agreed for it to be delivered to another hotel on our way. We turned up today and it was there, waiting, safe and sound. What absolutely fabulous Customer Service. Thank you again Lourdes xxx

We had trouble finding the hotel, as our GPS took us to the wrong location. Also, it's in a pedestrian-only area, so you'll have to park in town, and walk to the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful, but they had somehow missed the fact that we had paid for breakfast. Upon finding out, later in the evening, they asked us what we wanted, but failed to let us know that it was served in a specific place, when we thought it'd be served in our room. No big deal, and the staff was again very apologetic and helpful.

This is a marvelous hotel. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. A central location, but on a pedestrian street, so convenient, yet quiet. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, lovely staff, very courteous with a positive spirit! Clean rooms with extra little details that were appreciated. Lovely breakfast personalized just to you and all allergies taken care of.

Receptionist extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

The hotel is located in a great location. Room is very Spacey, clean and comfortable. The front desk is super friendly anD helpful. We will definitely return for another stay after pandemics.

The town is so cute. The staff was SOOO friendly! Answered our 100 questions and gave GREAT recommendations!
