Hotel was nice, and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is also nice for walking along the waterfront and nice choice of restaurants

Needs maintenance and repairs Wall corners are deteriorated and wall paper is peeled out in some areas of the room Bathroom has a bad smell with very low water pressure. Water temperature is not consistent sometimes hot and suddenly turns cold Room is not properly cleaned by house keepers

Very clean , new Nice break friendly staff

It is a nice and new property. The staff are cooperative and responsive to our requests, which are not that mich. The restaurant is clean and the food that comes to us through room service were very good. We highly recommend staying in this hotel for couples, family and business as well.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The pervasive noise and unpleasant smells made it difficult to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather unpleasant stay. The thin walls allowed me to hear conversations from adjacent rooms and even from the room above, adding to the overall discomfort. I hope the hotel can address these issues for the benefit of future guests.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited. This should never be a 5-stars hotel. The Air conditioner was mentioned in the description as available before I booked, however after checking in I was shocked the A/C is not working and the room temperature was 28C. I called the receptionist and he claimed that the hotel’s A/C is in warming setting and if it’s hot you can open the window!! I could not do anything, the sleep was really bad. I will never come back again

Very amazing and clean

We didn’t face any major issues but I don’t believe we’ll be staying there again since there are many other better options we’ve previously tried. Service was slow and breakfast options weren’t so nice.. But our room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed its view..

The rooms are small but good. The heater was on and the room was hot without any option to turn the AC on

We booked one room double bed king size the was queen size. Also the bathroom smell was very annoying, there were drainages smell so bad. Services was very poor
