Average hotel that needs upgradingand modernising. Breakfast needs to be a bit more expansive. Good carparking facilities.

The Park Hotel in Syracuse is in a lovely clean and quiet location and ideal for visiting most places of interest. The staff are kind and helpful and do their very best to make you feel welcome. It is also pet friendly. Parking is very easy. Breakfast was good Unfortunately the swimming pool is empty and the beautiful gardens are locked but I still enjoyed my time there. The owner/Manager allowed me to stay after check out because I'd lost my Visa card and had to find it before leaving.

Hotel is big and open in a boring area. lots of parking, good breakfast, no English TV, safe and clean. We had a car and did do some walking. Overall good value for the area. Would stay again.

VERY GOOD, BUT THEY NEED A DISPENSING MACHINE FOR WATER OR ICE. MINIBAR IS OFF AND UNABLE TO START THE FRIDGE. MINIBAR IS EMPTY. NO PHONE IN THE ROOM TO CALL RECEPTION.

We booked a superior room with a garden view. The garden was not anything like the hotel photos on the accommodation websites so this was very disappointing. The garden was just a dust bowl of dirt and weeds rather than the lovely tropical garden it was advertised as. The pool was also far different to the photos - it was dirty, not maintained well with cracks and weeds in the tiles and not enough sun lounges for guests. The hotel itself was grand once, but now run down. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

Sono contenta di aver incontrato la Signora Angela Moncino che ha risolto diverse pecche che purtroppo si erano presentate all’inizio del soggiorno: tovaglie incomplete nella stanza da bagno, frigo rotto , aria condizionata inesistente che in una camera al 4 piano con terrazza sovrastante e con il caldo siracusano sono “conditio sine qua non” da non sottovalutare. Il personale affabile e disponibile ma purtroppo la struttura andrebbe ripresa da diversi punti. Comunque grazie a tutti. Spero che la prossima volta la troveremo più sistemata.

La struttura si trova molto vicino la spiaggia del lido di noto . Risulta essere accogliente, pulita ben tenuta .infatti non comprendo le recensioni negative che sono tutte da smentire. Biancheria e camera pulitissime ed anche il bagno .la Colazione semplice ma abbondante e buona

After a long ride into the not so good parts of the town, the Hotel is closed. We called them on the phone twice without any success and they never called back. We had to find another accommodation…

Struttura fatiscente Manutenzione mia fatta

Vieux hôtel qui demanderait un peu de rafraîchissement ainsi que la piscine.Le mobilier de la chambre est un peu passé et précaire.

Ho scelto questo albergo per un pernottamento con mia figlia. Camera pulita e con servizi funzionali, parcheggio, colazione con cappuccino e brioches (c'erano anche altre cose che non abbiamo preso). Siamo arrivati alle 20.00 e ripartiti l'indomani alle 8.30. Un ringraziamento particolare al portiere notturno, Carlo, estremamente cordiale.

Excellent rapport qualité /prix, un séjour très agréable à moindre frais.

El hotel agradable, limpio, lamentablemente me quede solo una noche, por que la ubicación estaba lejos de los lugares a los que tenía ya programado asistir. Por el resto todo muy bien.

Helt greit hotell med god standard med rolig omgivelser om kvelden og natten. Hyggelige ansatte. Noe langt til byen (45 minutters gange eller med buss). Anbefaler gode sko eller leie elsparkesykkel eller taxi.
