Everything was perfect

Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.

Lovely luxury hotel in the countryside. Luxurious, spacious, fantastic services and staff. Helpful with recommendations and planning an itinerary, even on a rainy day. Fantastic all-round.

Stunning terrace views. Exceptional service and very friendly staff

Simply loved every aspect of this property. From the assistance provided arranging activities; to the lovely welcome upon our arrival; to the spa, the pool and the restaurant. Every wonderful aspect of this property is surpassed only by the sweeping views of the Marne Valley. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Great views over Eperney

We had an wonderful experience at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa. The hotel is simply beautiful with breath-taking views of the Champagne region. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating.

The view is lovely and serene. The food is very good and the rooms are spacious, clean and very attractive.

Absolutely Parfait!! Top shelf service around every corner - Warm service from the Valets to the Front Desk to the Restaurants' Staff to the Spa Support Staff! The property is very beautiful and elegant. Slick understated Euro elegance... (James Bond must have stayed here at some point!) The panoramic views of Epernay and the valley are amazing and continue to change with the colors of the sky as the day and evening progress... We look forward to our next visit!

Restaurant food quality, choice and service poor, not enough tables for guests of the hotel. Everything else lovely.

This is an amazing hotel in a remote location with beautiful amazing spectacular views wonderful amenities and very comfortable high quality rooms. The spa and pool area are exceptional. The only negative is the service in the main restaurant is lacking. It was hard to order food or drinks or get anyone to pay attention to you.

Lovely hotel. Brand

The location and view are stunning. The rooms are spectacular. Sadly the restaurant service (the terrace restaurant, not their Michelin star) was quite slow at times and the food was better in other restaurants we visited. Overall a great stay though.
