I stayed over for 1 night for work purposes and had a pleasant stay. Hotel was very quiet but both members of staff very very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I had the curry from the restaurant which was nice, although I would of preferred more spice due to my own preference, it was still lovely to eat. Nice breakfast cooked freshly in the morning before I needed to leave which was great. Overall a nice experience.

Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty.

We loved our stay at this beautiful little inn. It's on a peaceful little road and the hotel was very quiet. We had a fantastic dinner and prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was also delicious. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Room and hotel in general has hundreds of flies all over. Windows full of mould. Mattress was probably the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on. Also the owner had a serious attitude problem. Was passive aggrrsssive and very false and fake. It’s a shame as the place is in a beautiful location. Just seems to enjoy getting drunk with friends and looked as though serving customers was getting in the way of their social gatherings. Very bizarre.
