All the staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean. Room was lovely and the AC is very quiet. Our room had a balcony too, which we hadn't expected. Mini bar fridge broke down, but was replaced within 48 hours. We arrived late at night and had a pizza in the restaurant, which was really nice. Breakfast had scrambled egg as a hot option, plus cold meats, different cheeses, fruit, etc. Croissants were lovely, as was the coffee which was fresh to order. The pools looked nice, however the bar isn’t open until 3pm. But I gather the reception staff can pop up and do simple drinks There's a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient. And the petrol station next door, has a bar along with a 24 hour machine. You'll need to put your driving licence in it for over 18 purchses. Overall, very nice, very clean and lovely staff.

This is a harder review to make in my 71-country visits. Arriving at the hotel, I was buzzed-in to the property's foyer only to discover I would need to use the lift to go one floor up to reception. I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. At breakfast the next morning, I was cheerfully-greeted by the breakfast staff who showed me their offerings. I found the 5 breakfasts consumed there to be great but short of excellent given the absence of eggs other than cold, hard-boiled in addition to bacon or sausage not being offered. Simple additions such as these would go a long way in accommodating Western-country visitors. My room was spotless & the housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive! Now, to comment on the overwhelming negative issue that caused the most disruption & grief for me; the incredible lack of English-speaking staff save for one male receptionist. Whether it was asking a question about the pool or asking for a taxi or inquiring about a tour or a query about attractions nearby, EVERY conversation was exhausting save for the male receptionist whom I only saw/had interaction with once during my 6-day stay. Each dining/reception staff member tried their hardest, often apologizing. I'd stay here again if more English was spoken. ALL staff were great and I recommend this hotel if English isn't an issue! BTW, hotel is NOT near Cagliari. It's far South in Pula.

This was a wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. The rooms were just beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful little town with wonderful beaches. I would highly recommend it .

Excellent service, checked in a lot earlier than check in time with no problems. Very clean in rooms and public areas. Lovely pool area with shaded bar. Only issue would be couldn’t find the advertised spa! Think it was still being built!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist super, man läuft knappe zehn Minuten ins Zentrum, mit dem Auto ist man in sieben Minuten am Strand und auch schnell auf der Autobahn. Das Personal war wirklich ausnahmslos top, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen, guter Kaffee, jede Menge frisches Obst, Ei, Croissant Auswahl usw. -Alles dabei! Eine Pizzeria (ebenfalls zu empfehlen) und ein Einkaufsmarkt sind auch im Gebäude, was sehr praktisch war. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Personalen var mycket bra och höll en hög servicenivå. Rummet var stort och hade bra utrustning. Saknade dock krokar eller bättre sätt att hänga kläder. Frukosten var mycket bra med stort urval.

The hotel is conveniently situated and within walking distance to Pula centre The service at breakfast was superb . We were greeted by Christian and Sabrina with big smiles every morning and the choice of breakfast was great . Love the delicious watermelon and the iced latté prepared by Sabrina tasted so well ! Great way to kick off a fantastic day in lovely Sardinia !

Excelente relação custo-benefício. Ficamos somente 1 noite para estarmos mais próximos ao aeroporto. Não tivemos tempo de examinar a infra-estrutura, mas o café da manhã é SIMPLESMENTE FANTÁSTICO, superior a muitos hotéis 5 estrelas.

Hotel très modern, chambre spacieuse, jolie salle de bain, délicieuse pizzeria au 2ième étage, 7min à pied du centre, personnel très gentil et le déjeuné est parfait. Ce que je trouvais moins top c'était le bruit du restaurant le soir et les odeurs de vieux poissons sur le balcon dû au supermarché en dessous.

Personnel aux petits soins, hôtel propre et agréable. Magasin en-dessous de l'hôtel est très pratique. Dommage que ce même magasin ne rende pas très propre l'extérieur du domaine...

Der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut und die Steckdose leider unerreichbar hinter dem Schrank. Das Wasser im Lavabo lief sehr schlecht ab. Zum Frühstück gab es leider weder Brot noch Brötchen und auch kein Spiegel- oder Rüherei für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu wenig. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer riecht bei Betrieb sehr stark, was Schimmel bzw schlechte Wartung vermuten lässt.

Un séjour de repos à Pula, une charmante petite ville à découvrir avec ces restaurants typiques et Cagliari à 30 minutes, l'hôtel est trés propre, l'accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est adorable, serviable, toujours attaché à votre bien être, une piscine et un spa sont appréciable sur le toit et vous avez un magasin à disposition à côté de l'hôtel trés bien achalandé.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel plaisant et très aidant.

Hotel nuovissimo di recentissima apertura. Camere confortevoli e servizio di pulizia eccellente. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità alla reception: personale preparato, attento efficiente e molto cordiale. La posizione, l'esterno dell'edificio e l'area circostante non offrono una adeguata "cornice" all'hotel. I lavori tuttavia sono ancora in corso pertanto le migliorie arriveranno.
