Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom has bath and a shower. Everything nice and clean. There is a little play area for kids kept our little one busy for a bit. Pool is a nice addition (steam room, souna have to be booked upfront and for extra cost). Good location if you travel by car.

Very clean, lovely room. food very good, dining room with the best view, excellent breakfast really good selection of food. Staff helpful and polite. plenty of parking.

Comis was a great stay, only thing I would say is that we were there over the summer, with the weather being really nice and unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the room. However they did provide electric fans upon request.

The rooms are lovely and clean, nice products in bathrooms, staff polite and hard working I was disappointed that on 2 occasions that I wanted to use the pool it was full of noisy splashing children which is not what I expected having paid a premium for a spa hotel experience The restaurant food was delicious but quite expensive All in all a nice stay but I would have liked to have had a quiet pool experience

Don't believe the 10/10 reviews on here, they are not accurate at all. Very disappointed with the hotel, average to poor food, average staff, no air conditioning, and they were more interested in the conference and wedding customers than with paying hotel customers. I was most disgusted that the coffee and tea were served in a thermos flask and not individual pots, which they had in a cupboard in the corridor, obviously it was too much like hard work for the staff who stood around doing nothing except clear tables, to get the customers tea and coffee! We ate out and would recommend Mrs Yangs Chinese restaurant.

We were well looked after by Daniel and his team. Equidistant between airport and Douglas with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Standard double rooms are large and comfortable with basic amenities. They have a large clean bathroom with a fixed position shower head over a large separate shower tray. There is also a bath. The room has heating but not air conditioning. There is a wardrobe, dressing table, coffee table, chairs, fridge and safe. The restaurant manager is the man who you'll see the most and he seems to pretty much keep the place running smoothly. There is one restaurant open at any one time the other is usually in use as a wedding venue or closed. The food is good, not great, but perfectly acceptable unless you're susceptible to diva behaviour ;) Good bar selection of wines and spirits and friendly staff all around. All in all, a great hotel, and perfect for the older parents as there are lifts between floors and they enjoyed the amenities too.

We stayed to end out TT holiday in the IOM the hotel was gray outside and looked very dowdy. The staff in the front desk were very friendly. the rooms needed a deep clean, the restaurant was very quiet and the staff and food was extremely poor; I didn’t expect to wait so long to be told to wait on our self’s for a £60 Sunday dinner that was supposed to be our 10th wedding anniversary dinner, something luxurious but the lamb was cold and tough, the beef was inedible the veg was cooked well but sadly I wish I’d known better when we walked in we should of walked out.

Stayed 3 nights of tt practice week & had a great time. All staff were friendly & professional and can’t fault the breakfast & evening meals as they were excellent. First time here since Comis have taken over.

What a beautiful hotel 😀 Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, this extends to all staff, not just the reception staff. Cleaners were brilliant, friendly and looked loke they were actually happy to be working. Room was very clean an comfortabme with great little touches. The little treat box for my dog was beyond adorable. The hotel itself is spectacular, the outdoor seating and views are to die for. The location for us was perfect, right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions; we drove around the whole island, so the location for us was perfect. Thank you for having us 😀

All the staff were amazing!

The hotel is lovely. We had afternoon tea when we arrived which was excellent. The dinner was excellent too, we had fish and a burger. A bit pricey but excellent. The pool is idyllic which is included in your stay. We did want a treatment but there were no staff available during our stay, also the spa was closed, but at £50 per person for 2 hours it’s also very expensive. The room was very nice and bright, bathroom had a bath and a huge shower. Staff were very nice, but I didn’t feel the restaurant staff were attentive, they didn’t ask if we needed anything and had to ask for more drinks. But they were very nice.

Not a 4 star hotel

Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc. Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive) We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to. The chef prepared a special sauce to accomodate my partners food intolerances and the dog was offerred a plain char-grilled chicken in the restaurant as well.
