Using the key code was easy and the apartment was open when we entered. Locking the place each time was not easy and it never felt like it was truly closed. One good push on the door and anyone could enter. The apartment did not feel clean. The counter and the table in the kitchen were sticky, and the rug in the living room area needed a good vacuuming. This looked like a student apartment that was being rented over the summer. There was no toaster, very limited kitchen utensils and providing coffee filters would have been very helpful.
The apartment is very bright with lots of windows and there were no real curtains (a piece of mesh knotted at the bottom) so at night, with the lights on, we felt like we were on display and there was nothing to protect from the sun. There were other curtains in the bedrooms. Also, there is no real door to the bathroom, just something that folds in. The shower did not work well either. I will say the AC worked very well. We slept fine but the pillows were terrible, one of the towels was stained and didn't look clean. The remote for the TV was not for that TV and there was no way to put on the TV in the bedroom. Whoever put this together did it as cheaply as possible.
