The complex was lovely, playa flamingo was great… lovely bars and restaurants kind of attached to the hotel towards a beautiful cove and sandy beach.. our room…. Was ok, apart from the bathroom it was a disabled wet room that was a nightmare when you showered water went everywhere 😫

The area was great on top of flamingo beach, the apartments was ok for 3 people in. We did have a drainage problem we reported but unfortunately the smell didn’t go away. We was self catering didn’t have food there, but all drinks was house spirits when we did buy one. The pools was nice same problem as always sunbeds availability. We will be booking a Vila in future . It’s a nice small complex for people who like everything without leaving , all inclusive people. Sadly we had to go quite far for decent restaurants.

Rooms absolutely outdated, old and dirty, sofas very dirty patches everywhere, kitchen furniture can close properly, table broken and dirty, shower licking when use, one of the lamps from the room electroshock my husband, bed very uncomfortable, mosquitos everywhere dead with blood in the wall from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting- no ideal for a family holidays- I have photos / videos which support this.

Great hotel, friendly staff and animation team, very tasty food with many options, many activities for kids around and in the pool.

There was a lot of steps ..although ramps in the main areas to push prams etc …you still had to negotiate steps …not good when you have baby’s or have mobility problems ..witnessing women having to haul suitcases prams and children up said stairs

Great location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. Clean accommodation, great views from balcony. A few pools to chose from.

Can’t fault the accommodation, location, food, service, all staff especially the entertainment team who worked endlessly to ensure kids had fun! Overall great experience and will definitely return!

Spotless Room, plenty of space for a family of 3. Great swimming pools and entertainment throughout the day. Polite and helpful staff. 2nd year of staying in this hotel and it never fails to impress or deliver.

Really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location, datwd but large, clean room with everything you are likely to need. Stayed all inc, drinks were good quality, food very nice. Pool area lovely, a bit busy but it was half term. Definitely would return and recommend

Air conditioning never worked and despite reporting this daily, no one ever came to fix it. Hotel continues to ignore emails over this. The breakfasts were just warm at best and often cold. Shame as it coyld have been good had rhey sorted these issues out.

There was nothing to complain about this hotel.. excellent staff,rooms are spotless and kept clean, Beds comfortable and the food and service are excellent. Close to a beautiful beach and very good restaurants where you can see a perfect sunset. Pools and poolside kept clean and entertainment was good. Can not fault our trip.

The hotel property is right next to the beach and sea view available from almoat all rooms. Many pools and multiple activites are also a plus for this venue. There are Multiple dininng options in and around the property. The only challenge i would say will be for people with disabilities.. the property is on a slope and to go anywhere you need to climb steps which is not always very convinient.. i waa told i should have told at the time of booking and an accessi le room could be provoded but i did mot knew that this will be a issue. Anyway we stayed for 5nights at the peoperty and had a great time.

Very good entertainment for the kids. Nice location close to Flamingo beach.

More for young families with kids not for couples.
