Very nice hotel

We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. Good restaurant, room service and bar. Take the free bikes for a ride around the golf course. Lots of birds including owls can be seen at any time of day.

I have stayed here several times. It’s a great choice in Pilar. Beautiful hotel with spa and room service. They need more parking though. The hotel was fully booked and it was difficult to find a spot.

Overall stay was ok except a bad experience with Spa stuff. They were very rude and unprofessional. We hired 4 massage services. After we were done, we were hanging out at the Spa waiting area trying to decide what to do next. They Spa stuff kicked us out as we were intruders. Very rude. I haven't never experience anything like that in any other hotel. specially when we spent a lot of money at the hotel and we were on the waiting area. We were not even using the spa facilities.

Amazing presidential suite. Plenty of space to enjoy the facility and deck. Would recommend for anyone traveling with a family or want a quiet place outside Buenos Aires.

Explotado de gente, falta personal para tanta gente, el spa venido a menos, falta mantenimiento para ser relativamente nuevo bastante deteriorado y chico.

La habitación muy bien, el predio hermoso y tranquilo. Muy buen servicio del staff. Todo lo que corresponde a la categoría del lugar. Lo único a mencionar, el Lobby es MUY caluroso y el servicio del bar deja bastante que desear.
