Nice kept small boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked at the moment of order and it was good. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. There are restaurants near. My family and I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and great staff. Enjoyed freshly made breakfast. Rooms are a little small, but just enough for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Room is nice and clean, there is no A/C unit but its end of Oct, so its not that warm at night, they even have a fan for you. My room is on the ground floor, so in the morning you could hear other guest chit chat at the breakfast. Staffs are very kind and friendly to answer any question.

I enjoyed staying with my husband at Hotel Romance. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We felt super safe everyday at all time the front door was locked and you to be buzzed in along with the key to your room key up front with one of the staff. Breakfast was filling and delicious! Such an amazing location close to everything but also at a good distance from traffic. I will definitely stay at Hotel Romance again.

Clean and quiet just what i need

Cozy, clean and convenient location. Staff very friendly. They helped us book a tour to Patzcuaro and taxi service.

Cometieron un error y en su sistema solo separaron 1 cuarto en lugar de los dos que habíamos reservado y prepagado. Nos consiguieron dos habitaciones en otro hotel de menor ranking pero de un costo similar, tengan cuidado si reservan más de un cuarto ya que no tienen cuidado y sobrevenden sus cuartos.

La experiencia fue increíble. La área era perfecta. Todo está cerca para solo caminar uno cuantos minutos. Todos fueron amables y nos dieron uno de los mejor servicios.

Yani at Romance Hotel is the most helpful front desk person. She was always greeted us with a smile and if something was wrong in our room she would fix it. The hotel is convenient located to everything. Wifi is great. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Again Yani at the front desk is super helpful if you have concerns she will help you. I would highly recommend Romance Hotel if staying in Morelia.
