Old and in need of update

It served a purpose - was clean and I have to say the staff were very good. It wasn’t good value and I’d only stay again if nowhere else. It wasn’t bad it was just extremely basic for the price.

Good for an overnight stay, no close restaurants

B&B hotels are always close to motorway exists, as it is part of their business model. I’m not complain about anything, because the business model suits to my purposes

everything was clean

The family room we had was on the second floor, no lifts as stated on website. Room is very small with no room to move around in. Beds were comfortable but pillows provided were extremely thin and i had to fold it over. Bathroom was tiny and shower head was low so not suitable for people of a taller build. Only 3 towels were provided and the shower gel did not have any scent to it. I am not convinced that the bathroom extractor was working. Breakfast was okay but don't expect 'proper' scrambled eggs:(. Hot chocolate was nice. Breakfast is more of a continental one with scrambled eggs and bacon thrown in for good measure. The area the hotel is in appears rather run down. There was a great big hole in the ground at the entrance to the hotel. The air conditioning appears to be on some sort of a timer and was rather loud, waking us up constantly throughout the night. Our daughter"s hayfever was aggravated overnight and i woke up with a sore throat. The stairs leading up to the single beds was solid but steps were very narrow.

BB Hotels is a nicely designed, well functioning hotel concept.

Good for stay an overnight

Very convenient if you travel to Spain. Easy parking.

We have stayed here afew times now, great location for travelling to spain, rooms clean and comfortable.

It was as expected functional

Helpful staff. Quick check-in. Single code for Wifi, room and gate entry.

Got there late on journey through France and well done staff for ringing us and emailing with late access details. Note restaurant opposite is closed from 9pm so go into Bayonne central for other options, very good Sushi takeaway open til 10.30pm :)

The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the staff and the building were as you would expect of B&B.

Kind of seemed like an auberge. Really small. Shower seemed like a cruise ship.

Na descrição estava: "check-in a qualquer momento" e quando cheguei o hotel após dirigir 8 hrs estava trancado, nenhum funcionário e um computador estranho para fazer o check-in, fui tentar realizar o check-in o computador começou a pedir um monte de dados que não tinham enviado para mim! Ao lado tinha uma campainha onde fui atendido por um cara muito grosseiro e com voz de sono que conseguiu realizar o check-in e me fornecer um número que deu acesso ao hotel e ao quarto. Isso quase 30 minutos depois. Achei um absurdo!
