The experience was Excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. Blake who was the manager with the rooftop bar, took care of my family and I’s bill after a mishap with the kitchen/computer glitch. Breakfast was really good. Pool area looked neat and cool, but didn’t get a chance to experience it with our busy week. Only negative thing was that there are only 3 elevators and one was out of service the entire week, so waiting for an elevator was a hassle at times but again that’s not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. Check in & out was easy. The room was very spacious & clean. The pool area was very nice & not too crowded. We would definitely stay again when in Nashville.

The property is in a great location within a walkable distance of all major Nashville attractions. although the hotel was clean, it is getting a little older. Staff usually friendly, but front deck staff definitely need a class on customer service for an

I stayed on the third floor and had a balcony overlooking the nearby street, which was bustling w cars and pedestrians. The room was soundproof! Which was impressive. The hotel is situated in the perfect location. I walked to 95% of my destinations. I would stay again.

We like staying there , we always get a high floor overlooking pool I am disappointed in the breakfast there. I know it’s free , but it isn’t good at all 😕

Nice room, good service. Housekeeping missed us one day. We were gone that entire day. Had to report refrigerator leaking, multiple times.
