Chic and super cute to Pike Place. The hotel has very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors! Additionally, the room needed some small repairs (faulty plug ins, light bulbs out). Seems like a quick fix though!

Great bed and the fact there was an onsite bar and restaurant, also very clean. Great front desk sevice

Room was really good, great views from the market, but it still noisy, had to use a sound machine and earplugs to cover up the noise.

Nice hotel in good location. Easy to get everywhere. Just a shame no restaurant/ food availability afternoon or evening.

Service was great and the room was clean and a good size. However, our room was on the second floor facing the Main Street and we could hear EVERYTHING. We might as well have slept on the curb. As a consolation they did provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

Nice hotel, but lacks. Example. Electrical outlets in room not working.people at deak and restaurant were grest yhough. Expected more based on advertisement

Close to pikes place

This hotel is so pretty, an excellent location downtown, and comfortable beds. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 was because of the shower. I understand ecofriendly showers, however if someone turned on the sink outside the room my shower would just stop running any water. I think the water would stop even if another room started to run their sink. It took forever to get my shower done. I couldn’t get all of the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair either. The room is beautiful, nicely set up for the space, and very comfortable beds. Bonus, the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Great location to walk to entire downtown. Service was helpful when we requested assistance and held our bags before and after checkin/out. Was able to check in early. It did have a bit of a smell (pet friendly?) and overlooked an alley, but again, loved the eclectic vibe. Would stay there again.

Location was amazing!!

Absolutely charming hotel and restaurant. Service from both was impeccable and the food from the restaurant was amazing. Our room was very clean with amazing A/C, great water pressure,really nice shower products and wonderfuly stylish vintage design. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Place was beautiful, well thought out decor, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Everywhere we went was in walking distance and was right by Pikes Market! Would recommend and would stay again!

Easy check in, convenient restaurant. Excellent location- perfect for a concert on the pier. Bloody Mary’s in the morning were spot on.

Great location and wonderful staff!

I was given a room at the back of the hotel. Didn’t expect things to be noisy at 1 am. The bed was also not comfortable. It was creaky.

Unfortunately, the property was very old and our room smelled very stale. The most unfortunate part of this hotel was the location. We arrived very late and did not learn that there was no on-site parking until 1am upon arrival. They informed me that the parking was a block and a half away. It was closer to 2 to 3 blocks away. In the middle of the night we had to walk through downtown Seattle past multiple vagrants and individuals actively using drugs and defecating on the road. Walking with my kids through this area was a horrific experience and I would never have chosen this hotel if I knew that was the parking situation. I hope this helps somebody else. The employee was friendly and polite when I canceled the rest of the stay with them and only stayed for the one evening.
