The Hotel is not a luxury but they keep it clean .good prices and good food

Clean, spacious room and an included breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excesivamente ruidoso,, no tiene ni sillas para sentarse, tuve que comer en la cama. el hotel esta sucio y las toallas parecen lijas.

Service was very poor. No body speak or any under stand English. The room clean no cups . For the free breakfast was terrible. 4 Staffs keep asking our food tickets. We gave it before we order. Staffs are not friendly.

Stay was great would stay again staff sweet only issue was for some reason my hotel was not charged and end up paying at hotel and hoping I didn’t get double charge other than that everything went well staff was great !!

Hotel is terrible, old matress, flat pillows, bed sheets and blankets really old, no closets only 2 towels, restaurant is terrible and portions extra smalls, food no flavor, housekeeping check all my belongings and couples bags of traditional candies that I buy disappear from the room..the 2nd day they decided to closed the swimming pool, we rent one bed room and the Jr. Suite and was so nasty, it was hair in the toilet and the shower and was dirty dishes and trash, rains the first night and in the morning the room was flooded.. Is one of the worst hotel that I ever stayed, I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk guy was really nice and the waitress from the kitchen was really, really nice...

The location was great, the room was clean. except I asked for my room not to be serviced one day and they didn't service my room at all. Breakfast was included in my reservation and they only had eggs, more variety would have been nice. the laundry and cleaning staff were very friendly and gave us great directions

Las instalaciones, la atención del personal son buenas, lo que no me agrado es que nos pusieron a un lado del cuarto de servicio y el personal a las 7:00 am colocará una bocina para escuchar su música, lo cual no me permitio descansar, las almohadas muy duras.

El estacionamiento de noche está muy solo para ir caminando al hotel.

Lo malo que le encontré son las almohadas duras y la cama duras y nada cómodas les sugiero cuando menos cambiar las al almohadas por qué no descansa uno nada, también se batalla mucho con la señal del internet demasiado

El único detalle son las camas, nada cómodas

Buen ambiente familiar, comida rica no me gusto la habitacion familiar en la azotea

Buenas instalaciones, sólo que le hace falta caja de seguridad en la habitación!
