Nearby shopping. Great location everything is within a 10 minute walk. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Great for a family of 4!

The apartment was very clean and filled with natural light. The check in was very easy and the staff was helpfull through our whole stay. The location was also beatiful and was walking distance from everything.

Unit was very well equipped in kitchen and bath with thoughtful and useful items. Noise from residents above was disruptive - running and some loud shouting in the middle of the night. Very central and convenient location.

Property in excellent location, close to parking, restaurants, stores. Walkable distance to castle, praca do comercio etc. The only downside was the smell from outside where the kitchen was.

Communication was great and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Lisbon. I was surprised by how quickly you walk from one end of Baixa to the other so if you’re concerned about where in that neighborhood you are located it doesn’t make much difference. We walked Alfama, Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodre in a day. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Only minor issue was the little feet running around above us in the morning and night but it wasn’t disruptive enough to take off a star. You are in the heart of a vibrant city, there will be noise though the windows do a fairly good job of keeping out the street noise from below. It suited our needs well. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Location is excellent. Walkable distance to attractions and close to the water. Many choices of various places to eat that do stay open late. The construction upfront of building is not pleasant ( a little noisy in the mornings) and our driver had to park pretty far from main entrance. But we knew about possible construction (mentioned in reviews we read before) and decided to go with property because of a very good location of the apartment. Loved elevator as well. In general, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location, very homey, and amazing hospitality by the host. Unlike all VRBOs, there is no pre-checkout task for you! Washer and dryer were a great plus. We did not use the kitchen as much because we ate out the whole time but it looks complete if you decide to do a meal prep. Next to shopping, restaurants, close to a lot of popular sights and metro/train station! Could have not been any better.

As always, location is everything and this apartment’s location is unbeatable. On Rua da Prata one block over from Augusta, the main shopping street in central Lisbon. Close to 2 subway (métro) stations and a short walk to Praça do Comércio. There are literally dozens of restaurants nearby, tourist oriented, but still reasonably priced. The building is rather nondescript from ground level, with the entrance between a pharmacy and a retail store. From the promotional photos, the building diagonally across the street is quite pretty, but now, and judging from the current condition, for a long time to come, is wrapped in construction shrouds. Occasionally some construction noise can be heard, but seldom and only with the front windows open. Buzz the apartment on scheduled arrival. The foyer itself is not very welcoming. There is a small (very small) modern elevator. The door closes quickly, so watch yourselves. Two people and two suitcases would be maximum capacity. As is standard in Europe, the ground floor is floor 0. The apartment is on floor 4, right beside the elevator (not a problem). The apartment itself is very spacious. The living/dining area is especially large. However, this area needs better lighting. Overall, the furnishings are dated but completely functional. There is a TV with multiple video and audio sources. Wi-fi service is good. The balcony is quite narrow. Watch children carefully out there. A more extensive review is available on request.

The property is in a wonderful location and has everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was very good. The carpet under the table was not clean and there were a few little bugs but over all the place was very clean.

Fantastic location. Not cheap but you cannot get more central in Lisbon. Easy access to markets, shops, restaurants, good sights, etc. Also, apartment is very clean and has AC and a good kitchen (grocery store two blocks away). Elevator is small (but common in Portugal and Spain) and balcony is super tiny. Check in requires security deposit and a tax of about 35 euros. It was a pain as I didn't have cash and couldn't recall my paypal account. I would book again.

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment. Clean, spacious, great location. The property manager was waiting to check us in despite the fact that we had an early morning arrival and got to the apartment faster than expected.

We are a family of four stayed for 5 nights. The apartment suits us perfectly. Location was great, easy access to Baixa-Chiado station and everywhere.
