A very average hotel, reasonable value for money but a bit far from the centre. The staff were not very proactive and did not have a customer focus..

Relatively new building. We did not get adjacent interconnecting rooms as we requested.

Bathrooms in horrible condition: low quality products, leaking, no shower water barrier. Family suite has loud mechanical noise emanating from roof outside window. Had to switch to other suite. Windows falling apart. One small TV for whole suite.

The hotel accommodation was impressive including buffet breakfast. Bathtub arrangement was not ok and not comfortable.

Close to strip malls

We went there a s a group of friends to have beach activities. Location was amazing surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone specially for those who have their own transport.

I don't like when the receptionist gave me the worst rooms in the hotel then she changed them when i refunded

Location was good. Customer services is poor. Team at reception hardly understand English. Lift was malfunctioned once I was using. I tried calling at reception from my room, nobody takes a call. Room lock was not working properly - caused inconvenience. Bad smell in toilet.
