El trato súper, meseros, recamaríista, recepcionista etcétera. Muy bonito el Lugar y las habitaciones súper amplias. La comida del restaurante muy rica.

The TV’s in both rooms don’t work . There was a were mosquitoes in the room .We called the number for front desk no one answered . In the morning early in the morning the staff was loud and singing . We are there to relax but woke up at 6 am . The restaurant could be better . The food did not served hot . The staff for the game room that they have was helpful . They used to have electric charger now they said they don’t . We hardly leave negative review but for this price it’s not worth it .

El hotel no tenia idea de que se habia reservado, estuvimos un buen rato esperando soluciones y lo unico que nos decian es que tenia que arreglarlo con Expedia, cuando en realidad la reservacion y la información de la aplicación estaba bien, se les marco con semanas de anticipación para confirmar que todo estuviera en orden lo cual ellos mencionaron que si, el dia del check in, quisieron lavarse las manos diciendo que el error fue de la app, aun cuando se confirmó con ellos mismos que la reservación estaba en orden.

The hotel was almost empty and they gave us the worst location of the room, hidden, in the background, without a nice view, it looked like the cleaning room to the bottom, I called the reception asking that if they could change us to a better room, with better view and location, that it did not matter if it cost us more, but they told us that it was full, and when we went to check out, another reception person told us that we were the only ones, even thought that we were in the best rooms. But when I said no, and we were told it was full, she kept quiet and changed the subject. We did not like our experience there, we had good expectations but they went wrong.

All facilities were super clean and well maintained, personnel are very helpful.

Excellent customer service. The property was spotless clean. I would highly recommend booking this hotel. The views are breathtaking.

Absolutely Ridiculous Nickel-and-Diming — Never Again I stayed at La Cima de Valle from Feb 6–8, and I now understand why they told me at check-in that only two other guests were staying on the property. That should’ve been my warning sign. First offense: I booked a very expensive couples massage, assuming (reasonably) that basic spa amenities were included. We asked to use the sauna, which they had to turn on themselves. At no point did anyone inform us there would be an extra charge. After using it for about 5 minutes, I was informed I would be charged $30. When I explained that I was never told there was a fee—and that I would never have agreed if I had known—management refused to waive or adjust it. I asked to speak to higher management and was flat-out told no. I even offered to pay a reduced amount just to resolve it reasonably. Also refused. That level of inflexibility over a five-minute sauna use is honestly embarrassing for a hotel that claims to be luxury. Second: the jacuzzi took TWO HOURS to heat up. Two. Hours. And every single time we wanted to use it, we had to ask staff to turn it on. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and resorts—this was by far the worst experience with a jacuzzi. Third: at checkout, we were told we’d be charged for a dirty towel. Yes, a towel. A towel I used to wipe dust off my shoes after an ATV excursion in the Valle.Charging guests extra for using towels is beyond petty.

Didn't like the dirt road, steep so avoid when wet. Also, the toilet has saloon door so limited privacy and odor containment. Restaurant was very good.

Staff fantastic. Room had a good view. Food at hotel was amazing.

Room was clean. Check in was easy. The late night bar was convenient right after a day of wineries.

Loved our stay!

Clean, attentive staff, great little pool area that felt like our personal space. Not over crowded and close to several wineries.
