Easy check in, clean and tidy, welcoming team, only thing missing was a toilet lid, so more concerned with dropping toiletries off the shelf!! Otherwise great stay, food was excellent.

I stayed at the hotel and had a meal. I would recommend both. Hotel was clean and quiet with ample parking. The room was modern and comfy. Lots of plug points and USB charging points. Service in the restaurant was good, enjoyed the food.

We love the convenience of being able to wine and dine with a short walk to our room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to going again very soon. X

Upon checking in we found the toilet was not clean. Told the staff about it and they claimed to be busy. I had to complain multiple times to get it cleaned. It was not worth the price. No one picks up the call at the reception I had to call multiple times to get through to someone. The staff were very rude.

We had changed the room to a double from the family one originally book, still got charged the family room rate. Only one server at breakfast who wore a single ear bud for some reason and also brought us the smaller breakfast rather than the bigger one we had paid for. Good location though.

Lovely base for a three day Spring break! Great staff welcome and attention -thanks Lindsey- including housekeeping and bar staff; family room spacious and cleaned to a high standard; beds & pillows comfy; breakfast kept us going right through the day up till evening meal ("The Works" breakfast = quality ingredients, nicely cooked); had very nice sea bass meal one evening, good sized portions and well cooked; nice pint of Wainwrights, decent wine list and some good spirits on offer; extensive, well laid out car parking spaces; good security for entry to accommodation and room; good location for getting into central Bridlington or for touring the area; very friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. Will be looking for other Marston's places to stay with!

We have used the Lobster Pot several times when visiting family and find it to be clean and staff friendly. They are also competitive on price in the area.

Easy to find and convenient for restaurant on site. Standard room layout akin to travelodge etc. Comfortable enough but I could have done with some instructions on how to use the heating controls. However, small glitch and overall good value for money.
