We loved our stay here! The property is super cute and the view from our balcony was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were unaware when we booked the hotel that we had to park off site and walk our luggage 4 blocks of cobblestone.

Ossuna Bay is a very nice small hotel located in the centre of Cefalu. It's close to the beach and all of the sites. It has a great breakfast with a wide selection included in the room rate. The one downside is that the hotel is in a ZTL zone and its parking lot is about 400m from the hotel itself. You need to coordinate with the hotel front desk to get access to the locked parking lot and tote your luggage to the hotel. Fortunately the person at the front desk was easy to communicate with and we got the car stashed safely away.

Awesome location and helpful staff.

This hotel was very comfortable and situated in the old city, which is ideal. Parking is a challenge, but the hotel was very helpful to send excellent instruction to their own private parking. Make sure you are aware of the traffic restrictions so you can drop your bags near the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The stay itself was lovely. The room was comfortable. There was no information about having to park remotely, and driving through medieval roads packed with tourists to access the parking. Thus, we drove through the crowds twice!

A very nice property in the heart of the old town and just steps from a beautiful sandy beach.

Great location, walkable, very clean, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is amazing, we arrived and there was only tea packs and no coffee. Elisa went out of her way to prepare fresh coffee and bring to the room, next morning it was provided by housekeeping. Also Sara was amazing with her tips. Parking is 5 min. Walk, safe and easy.

We loved knowing there was someone on the front desk 24/7, although we didn’t need them in the night. The room was bright, clean and cheery with a good sized bathroom and a great shower. From our balcony we could get a glimpse of the ocean. Our air conditioning worked fabulously, but it was cool enough in the night to leave the balcony door wide open and listen to the waves. Breakfast was delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is a charming boutique hotel right in the heart of Cefalu. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Property is right in the middle of the old town so easy access to everything . Room was clean but very small .

Very good location but a bit hard to find. It's in a old town area so hard to have your car driven infront of the hotel. They can register the car before you get a ticket from police. Overall a great location to access the beach and the main old town. Very friendly service and helped us shipped missing item back to Toronto for us!

Friendly staff and a fantastic location if you don’t mind dragging your luggage from the hotel parking, which is 400 m away. You cannot get in a better location than this.

The location of the hotel is perfect — right near the entrance of the historical center. Parking is free for guests. Be sure to drive there first before checking in. You’ll also want to pack lightly since the walk from the parking lot to the hotel is about 8 minutes. However, that was no problem for us! The room was cool on a very hot weekend. When we arrived, our host offered discounted weekend tickets to a beach club for all-day umbrella and lounge chair service. She also had the tasty restaurant reservations. We had the best time in Cefalù with Ossuna Bay Hotel Boutique!
