Great connection to the metrotransits. The location is fantastic to enjoy the area. The breakfast is included with good quality. The staffs were very kind. Only a minor complaint is the language in the sign because Korean was the only languge in the written language in the building. So far my trip to Daegu was great with the experience in this hotel.

This place is quite spacious and has all the amenities (toiletries, vanity kit, etc.) for the price you pay. They also follow guidelines in checking that guests are vaccinated (can't say the same about nearby competition). I also really appreciate the English signage everywhere to help explain small details (e.g. "bathroom light is by the door"). One thing to keep in mind however is that the walls and floors are incredibly thin--it's not uncommon to hear people and their conversations very clearly outside your door. Also, I had breakfast tickets that I left on my nightstand, and for some reason housekeeping decided to take them. Thankfully the front desk was very helpful and immediately gave me new ones.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I've stayed at hotels all across Korea and found myself in Daegu for an interview. It's not far from the subway, the staff is SUPER helpful and can speak English, easiest check-in and out I've EVER done, and the amenities are WONDERFUL (they even provide moisturizer and toner for your skin). Easy to find, right in the midst of a popping downtown center (but not too loud or bright to sleep). HIGHLY recommend 10/10

Overall this hotel was good but I wouldn't stay here again. The good: - The location is near many restaurants, shops and reasonably close to public transit The bad: - We were told check in was 8pm but for 20,000 KRW we could check in early - The bed was miserably hard, much harder than other hard/firm beds we experienced in South Korea

This hotel is very clean, very neat, and the room I stayed in (Royal suite, on the fourth floor) was massive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, and had lots of options for Korean and western guests.

My wife and I came to hotel insomnia for a little get away vacation, we are both military and this hotel allowed us to truly enjoy comfort, and each other, without having to worry about breaking the bank or if we’re going to be able to enjoy our stay fully.

Customer service was not the greatest. Got skipped twice in line I guess for being a foreigner.
