The exterior condition of the building was initially questionable, but when I saw the room it was incredibly clean.

Very recommended place to stay because it is really close with Jonker Street. Booking via app will be cheaper than booking on the spot. The rooms is bigger than I expect with clean bath room.

Since I know ai smart, I never look for another place to stay in Malaka. This is my second time staying here. And I am satisfied. The room 108 is clean, air con is freezing, the water is strong. The front desk is very welcoming and helpful. Ai smart is just right in the heart of Jonker Night Street Market. Even in the morning, there are severals restaurant within walking distance. Walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan if you want to work some steps on your smart watch. Thank you ai smart. Sure will come back next time.

Saya ambil 2 malam. Lumayan bersih, cuma banyak bayar tax deposit, dan itu berlaku buat semua penginapan. Disarankan kalau ke Melaka ambil hari Jumat, Sabtu, dan Minggu. Hari biasa sepi, dan kalau malam jam 9 ke atas susah cari makan.

The hotel is clean and located on Jonker Street. There's just too much tax to pay for one stay, maybe because it's a tourist area.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, the staff is friendly and nice. Easy to walk around jonker too.

The room is clean, staffs are helpful as well. I was there early and they do their best for me to do early check in. The location is very strategic too! The only con is parking not provided by hotel, but we managed to find a parking lot that only take RM15 for 2 days, adding up to the hotel fee it ' s still cheaper than others 😂 will come back again if I go melaka again!

Hotels outside of expectations, pretty much for that price. Position right at the Jonker street gate, just dragging good service too, hitching prints legoland tickets, served friendly

The location is very strategic. Exiting the hotel can immediately find good food, close to the mamee cafe, the red church, and others

Strategic place, hotel right on Jonker street, we are five, so the room we rented is a family type room, it fits around 9 people, there are 3 king size beds, there is a living room again.

The rooms are family room smells stuffy, the walls are moldy, lots of dust.

WiFi isn’t working all the time

The hotel is strategically located in Jonker street and very accessible. Overall it’s a good stay. The minor issue is the water heater are not really working. Recommended for family with kids to stay in the hotel, as convenient and easier to grab local foods.
