The hotel should clearly state or specify the deposit that only accepts cash. The hotel is far from the ATM. If you come by bus, it is difficult to find cash to deposit the room. In this case, we had to ask for cash from a stranger and transfer the money because it was very late and we could not find cash. I recommend that the hotel have better measures to deal with this. After we had a foreigner check in and only had US dollars, the staff said that they only accept Thai baht. 😅
