Personnel extrêmement gentil, chaleureux et attentionné. Endroit calme et paisible. Petit déjeuner parfait. Emplacement idéal et parking privé très facile d’accès. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Accueil très chaleureux. Nous sommes arrivés en provenance du Canada et ils nous ont accueilli à 9:00 avec un déjeuner et ont gardé nos valises vu que la chambre n’était pas prête. Café, eau et salle disponible pour y manger (avec notre nourriture) Notre départ était très tôt et ils nous ont préparé une assiette avec quelques trucs pour manger. Air climatisé très fonctionnel! Pas de réfrigérateur, mais il y a une épicerie à 5 minutes de marche avec un comptoir de prêt à manger. (Pinco Dolce) Chinese store près de l’épicerie. Stationnement disponible à 12 euros par jour très pratique. Juste à côté et on peut entrer et sortir à notre guise.

Lieu calme et charmant! Personnel attentionné et dévoué. Le déjeuner est excellent! On s’y sent très bien. Nous avons pu laisser notre auto pendant 2 jours dans un petit garage sécuritaire et propre.

All excellent - from stuff that give us basic info and for stuff that organise breakfast. All 5+ Only location for room in basemant - really bad. Noise, can not open window because lot of cars drive there fast. If come to Porto will again come here but try sleep on second floor.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, ideally situated for restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was attentive and responsive. The room may need some TLC. The location was accessible by train and walkable to everything. Sofia and Ana are excellent.

Marta was AMAZING! Very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us great advice and tips on where to go and what to eat etc. Give this woman a promotion!!!

Good location and relatively close to the main areas.

Loved the old feel of the outside but the modern look of the inside. Room was great. Clean with friendly staff and breakfast was great

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The staff were exceptionally helpful, with great suggestions on local attractions, dining etc. The room was lovely and the breakfast was super. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful! The location is convenient to the metro to the airport, and close to the busy areas of Porto, with just enough distance to be quiet and relaxing. The room has a lovely balcony and (important for the summer!) great AC! Also, the breakfast spread is lovely with plenty of options beyond bread & jam -- fresh juice, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, eggs, cold cuts, etc.

Staff were helpful and courteous. The challenge for me was the limited orden e of staff. After 5 there is nobody around. The receptionist responds if you send an email about a specific concern or question but you do lot have the associated services Such as access to information, getting a taxi, etc. there’s nobody.

Helpful desk. Clean. No elevator- should enquire age of client for room availability on lower floor. Long life milk for coffee outside of breakfast time. Glasses in room. Safe in room. Couple drawers for clothes.

We asked for a quiet room and were given a garden room which was very quiet. Hotel building is modern, stylish and clean. Marta on reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Our room was nice, wifi was good, bed comfy, shower good. It is in a great location to walk around Porto and to the river. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Outside of the old part of Porto, but walkable although it is really uphill from the river. The Metro was a short walk away, with a station on the south bank of the Douro. Marla, on the front desk, was very helpful with transit and restaurant recommendations.

The property is very close to all the attractions. Everything is walkable. Staff were very welcoming, especially Sofia who was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the area. Excellent breakfast to start your day. Would definitely stay here again.
