Highly not recommended, with a price of almost 400 thousand, you have to pay extra for necessities like toothbrushes and sandals, it's funny, the toilet flush water is not smooth, so the dirt cannot be disposed of perfectly, the hot water is unstable.

There are no toiletries, just towels.

The AC is cool and comfortable, there is hot water, the sheets are clean, there are bolsters too, drinking water is also available, if I go to Surabaya I will stay here again

This time the cleanliness and building were a bit lacking (some of the walls were peeling), even though usually everything is okay.

The room is "adequate", the AC is cold, there are many TV channels, the hot water works, the amenities are only bath soap, 1 pair of towels, there is a deposit of 50 thousand/ID card.

I've stayed here many times, it's still as good as before, strategic location, friendly and uncomplicated staff.. the room is also comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom has strong water, complete TV channels and many choices of channels from within/outside the country.. you can rest comfortably I didn't realize it was time to check out hehe

One of the best budget hotels in Surabaya. Strategic location and very suitable for those who are visiting Surabaya. Easy to reach and adequate facilities.

Clean rooms, friendly staff & good service

the first night we were given a smoking room, the reason being that the hotel was fully booked. but this inconvenience was immediately resolved because the second and third nights we were immediately moved to a non-smoking room, which was very comfortable. it's just that, when the information to move rooms was made via telephone, at that time my husband was the one who was called. the hotel staff (female, don't know her name) was not very friendly. this should be improved. breakfast at the hotel is so-so, but it's not bad if it's a snack. the variety of toppings for the bread needs to be improved, not just purple jam (don't know if it's grape or blueberry). overall, this hotel is recommended for staying in Surabaya.
