Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited. For the price you can get better hotels around.

The hottel amenities were kinda dirty, rooftop pool with garbage on the floor. Not the breakfast was a definitely a mess.

The room was clean at check in, but never swept afterwards. Tumble weeds of hair always there, everything dusty ( I cleaned it, you are welcome) the toiled was plugged or would not flush at least 2 times a day! This was the must frustrating part because I was always worried about using the bathroom at nigh or in an emergency. The front star was awesome! Always! The bar tender slash room service, slash front desk, slash learning to be a cook was alway great and over worked, he was everywhere!!! Always had a smile and super happy to have a conversation. He requires a major pay rise!! I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds are very small NOT a QUEEN! The birds on the windows are too thin. I can hear the birds all night long and I was no where beer the elevator, but could hear every ding. The AC was perfect! The towels suck! Breakfast was good the first day....but really? No change? It was not worth the money for this hotel other than the location and free parking.

We booked 3 rooms for a family vacation with one room never having hot water for the entire 5 night stay even after having the maintenance staff look at the issue on the first day. The same room also had air conditioning issues with the unit only on full cold where control of the temperature was only achieved by turning off and on the system. We were never offered another room to move to which seemed like a viable option to the issues we encountered. The other 2 rooms had no issues. Also note that there are no dressers in any of the rooms or refridgerators or microwaves.

Front desk Staff should be more friendly

Clean room staff nice but never brought things when requested, ice, extra towel only 2 in the room and we were 3 people. Very disorganized check-in. Ice machine broken, snack machine broken, room service only 2 choices.

Breakfast is not ok. They have rules where breakfast is "continental" not complete breakfast...totally absurd. You either have breakfast buffet or not....they cheat you by offering breakfast that is only 1 cup of coffe and a piece of bread instead of breakfast un less you pay 220 pesos extra 15 usd that the buffet quality really does not sifice what you expect.....terrible breakfast policy. "Breakfast included" should say "1 cup of coffe included" no breakfast included really....cheaters

Very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was a plus and also a free shuttle in the city was a bonus 😁

Stayed 5 days in this hotel in January 2026. This is my first stay in this hotel and this is my honest review. I read many reviews before booking. Overall I am happy that I chose to stay here. The pluses: Central location, friendly staff, good air conditioning, large rooms. An iron and hair dryer is also available. The free breakfast is not that great but not bad. There is an issue with hot water. You need to keep the hot water tap open for a long time to get hot water. I will stay in this hotel again.

It was super clean, very convenient, close to everything, free breakfast and a shuttle vehicle to taken u anywhere within 6-10 miles . I loved it .

El hotel está bien, pero tienen descuidados algunos aspectos, como que en la alberca hay letreros señalando que uno puede tomar toallas ahí, cuando en realidad hay que bajar por ellas al front desk y dejar una credencial.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Amazing location and delicious food !
