Free transport to airport

Stayed 5 days in this hotel in January 2026. This is my first stay in this hotel and this is my honest review. I read many reviews before booking. Overall I am happy that I chose to stay here. The pluses: Central location, friendly staff, good air conditioning, large rooms. An iron and hair dryer is also available. The free breakfast is not that great but not bad. There is an issue with hot water. You need to keep the hot water tap open for a long time to get hot water. I will stay in this hotel again.

It was super clean, very convenient, close to everything, free breakfast and a shuttle vehicle to taken u anywhere within 6-10 miles . I loved it .

El hotel está bien, pero tienen descuidados algunos aspectos, como que en la alberca hay letreros señalando que uno puede tomar toallas ahí, cuando en realidad hay que bajar por ellas al front desk y dejar una credencial.

Modern hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Be aware that the bathroom doors are glass AND see-thru. Not good for privacy.

No refrigerator or coffee machine in the room!

The shower head was full of mineral buildup. The rooms have no natural air. The staff doesn't know English. And there was an outdoor party with noise until 2 am, we called the reception to call the police and they did nothing. And the breakfast included is not really breakfast as it only includes cold breakfast and not warm which is charged extra.

Excellent service

Every single hotel staff member was extremely accommodating. They received packages for us, helped us set the room up with a crib and went above and beyond to provide free shuttle service. We really enjoyed our stay and we are so thankful for their compassion.

I have been at Marriott properties for many years. This one does not live up to Marriott standards. On top of all this. They have a roof top bar by the pool. I went up there two times and more than half of the time there was no one to serve you anything.

Good place to stay in Merida with good price.

We loved staying at this hotel. Staff are attentive and all seem to go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly and no real issues arose during our stay. The rooms are modern and clean. The rooftop pool and bar are a great addition to a city centre hotel. There's also great places to eat and entertainment right by the front door. Easy commute to Cancun via the ADO bus service that stops directly at the hotel.
