The walls are so thin I could hear the guy snoring next door. If a heavy vehicle went by, the walls shook. The room I booked was occupied and they give me a lower priced room but charged the same. Elevator didn’t go to my floor… ok enough. You get the idea.

nice property within walking distance of the park, bars and restaurants, amazing beer bar next day as well.

Is not a bad choice if you are on a budget.

I did not stay due to the poor state of the facilities and the poor service by the hotel staff.

I go very often to Bogota. The property is well located nevertheless they lack of service, they dont clean the room. They have very poor amenities. They make an issue of the breakfast coordination if you dont order in time. They are many better option in the area. I never using Soy Local again.

Overall nice property. The location is great. The bed is too hard.

The location is perfect. The beds are really hard. They feel like stone. But the room is big and spacious. The biggest problem is that there’s nowhere to sit. There’s no table or chair where you can work or eat breakfast. There is a patio outside but the furniture is all wrong. They have low leather chairs with a very low table so he cannot sit there to eat at work.

I paid for the best room in the hotel but it’s access was through a flight of stairs; I was informed at check-in (11:00pm). My 80 years old mother couldn’t (obviously) stay in that room. The only option offered by the hotel: switch to a much smaller room with less amenities at the same rate!!!!! Never again!!

La ubicación es excepcional, ello es quizá, su único plus. El colchón era de PÉSIMA calidad, la calidad de las toallas y la ropa de cama era de un hostal, habitación muy ruidosa, tanto del ruido externo como interno. Sin contar con un tema estructural, y es que todo el edificio, y se sentía mucho en la Habitación, tiene un desnivel, donde literalmente las cosas en el piso se ruedan solas, lo que genera una sensación de vértigo

Excelente ubicación, la habitación era más pequeña de lo que se mostraba en fotos, pero estaba bien. Mejorar un poco en la limpieza, pero relación precio es muy bueno.

El personal es muy amable, el aseo diario muy bien.

Super cómoda la habitación y limpia, la atención de los jóvenes que atienden muy buena, la ubicación es excelente, todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes y cajeros, cerca. La acústica de la habitación aísla muy bien el ruido al menos en el 5to piso donde estaba mi habitación.

Buen lugar para hospedarme

Por la localización se puede pensar que se trata de un hotel sin embargo deberían dejar claro en el site que se trata de HOSTEL de tercera categoria. El personas de la portería (no lo puedo llamar de recepción), es muy mal presentado, sin entrenamiento, sin postura, comen en la mesa de trabajo, un desastre. No tiene llave magnética, usan la llave física antigua. El ruido de la calle es terrible, ademas se escucha todo de las habitaciones al lado. Las habitaciones no tienen minibar ni cajas de seguridad, esto es lo mínimo que un cuarto de hospedaje puede ofrecer hoy a sus huéspedes. Parte que el piso de la región se está hundiendo porque cada vez que pasa un carro pesado el edificio tiembla. La ducha solo tiene un mezclador que no sirve, tienen problemas de aire en la tubería y esto no permite mezclar el agua caliente y fria de forma correcta, haciendo que el huesped o se queme o se congele. No hay closet, solo un mueble abierto y SIN GANCHOS para colgar la ropa. La localización es buena pero este medio de hospedaje es una barco a la deriva y sin capitán.
