friendly staff room area is not big

The location is close to places to eat, just walk, the rooms are comfortable and clean

This hotel is centrally located, convenient for traveling around, surrounded by many delicious and attractive restaurants. However, the room is a bit old and the shower water is too old so it leaks and the room is a bit stuffy. Suggest, check the faucet is not up to standard and wastes water!

Receptionist is boring but the hotel is centrally located and easy to get around.

I booked a 32m2 Family room but when I checked in, it was a 20m2 room with an extra mattress. The wall next to the bed was damp and moldy. I checked in late so I didn't want to move to change to another hotel, but 900K/night was not a really good experience. Later, the hotel reduced the price to 800K but I believe that with that price in Hanoi, I can find many better hotels. Overall, the experience was not good.

The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. The location is very convenient for walking around the old town, Hoan Kiem Lake, and there are many restaurants around. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. But the bathroom is not very clean and dark, the hotel needs to clean this area more thoroughly. The room soundproofing is poor.

Our hotel is nice and clean and the management is very kind to us to upgrade our room for free. Hotel location is very accessible to all the places we want to go to. I highly recommend this hotel who want to stay in Hanoi!

Everything is good, the location of the hotel, the staff, the facility, but the room is quite small for someone who is traveling with 2 luggages like me. Other than that, everything is good.

Because I have small children, I read all 800 reviews before finalizing, so I was given priority to check in early before 1 hour. Central location with nearby locations. Clean and thoughtful rooms. In general, I will come back here every summer and Tet.
