I found the parking ideal right outside property and very safe. The property was spotless couldnt fault a thing. The breakfast was the best we will stop there again when we are in the area.

Beautiful cottage with very comfortable rooms (the bed was amazing!) Petra was an extremely attentive host and the breakfast was fantastic. Can't recommend Villa Farm Cottage enough.

We stayed at Villa Farm for just one night as we were travelling south and were lucky enough to get the last room. It was perfect for us as we had bought some crab in Whitby and just wanted an evening "at home"- the room at Villa Farm Cottage included a spacious living area and breakfast table and sofa as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom so it had everything we needed. I think there were pubs and other places to eat in local villages. Petra was very kind and helped us with all our needs. I had never been to North Lincolnshire before but the range of pamphlets and information available at the cottage made me think we should definitely come back! Highly recommended for a quiet country stay for a couple although it is just over the Humber bridge so lots of other options in the City too.

Just wow! I stay away with work a lot. At this price you expect clean but basic. From the first call to advise I would arrive late, to the quality of rooms, through to the most amazing breakfast. Possibly the best b&b I have ever stayed at for this price. Thank you so much!

Beautiful room, so clean and comfortable with a lounge area overlooking the fields. So quiet and peaceful. The owners were very friendly and helpful, choice of breakfast brought to your dining area every morning. Will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent and a great place to relax in the evening when working in the area.

The only downside was the steep stairs up to the room, but then the reward was a fantastic view over fields at the the rear. Everything else was excellent!

This was without doubt the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The hostess was so welcoming and couldnt do enough. We will definitely go back. The breakfast is just perfection.
