Great setup, and location with parking, is very convenient. Staff very helpful, and responsive.

Just awesome experience

The owners and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay delightful, including directing us to a neighboring castle to explore, which was an absolute delight. The hotel itself was an adventure, beautiful, fun and thoughtful details everywhere you looked. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The town was incredibly walkable and safe. Gorgeous amenities and very clean.

Loved our stay at this beautiful historic hotel with a great restaurant & breakfast each morning. Staff was very friendly & hotel was convenient to town. Stayed during Christmas time & hotel reached out ahead to make sure we had arrangements for Christmas meals. Highly recommended.

Eggs were a little under cooked but enjoyed breakfast!

Beware, if you are booking for a Saturday night, the hotel hosts a "dance party" in the bar until 3 a.m. with very loud music (the bass is cranked to top volume). The hotel only advises you of this AFTER you have booked your non-refundable room. We were on the top floor and it was still loud enough in the room that we couldn't sleep until after the party stopped.

Need more parking spaces.

A great place with a lot of character. Restaurant was convenient and delicious.

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The earplugs provided by the hotel are necessary as the dance party in the restaurant goes on until 3am. Still worth it and will stay again.

Hotel is having weekend parties till 3am so avoid this hotel if you travelling and want to sleep. There is no information on the website and until after our pay and confirm, without option to opt out, they send you message saying they run a very loud party. Unfortunately cleanliness is weak as well - we got dirty towels in the bathroom. Breakfast takes place in the same dancing hall - whole floor was sticky from the night before and the alcohol smell was there still. Lastly - don’t lean on charging EV car there - the “charger” hotel is stating they have is just a 220v plug - not for charging a car for sure. Very disappointing experience

Second time staying here and really enjoy it. The decor has a very personal touch, parking is free and convenient, restaurant food is outstanding, walking distance to Old Town and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is ok, now I will say this if you stay on the weekend, they have a dance downstairs that is loud. My advice is to go join in and have fun.

Great service at receptions

A hotel is a museum!:) Everything, from the walls to the furniture and pictures creates the atmosphere. Even my parents who often are grumpy about hotels were enjoying:)

Hotel is as listed an more. Our room was great for a family of 4. Only complaint for the room is the ceiling fan only worked when the main room lights were turned on. Which meant you had to sleep with bright overhead lights on if you wanted to be cooled off by the fan. Restaurant dinner and breakfast were good.

The Ambassador is a beautifully decorated hotel. The staff is very helpful and the food is delicious.
