Located on the middle of office complex, so expect crowded public transport during morning and evening.

The staff was very kindly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is quite great, there are supermarket nearby at the kitahama plaza, there was also having drug stores nearby, plus the metro station also not too far away. The facility also great in the room. Microwave is on the first floor next to the reception. I'm satisfied with the stay in overall and may choose this place again next time

Like a lot, the hotel is near the kitahama station, a few meters walk. To the hotel Near the hotel there are convenience stores and coffee shops. Very good hospitality The staff tried to communicate well. A simple shaken, not chaotic. The room is small but very clean. The equipment in the room is very full, the bed is soft, the TV screen is very big, connected to the mobile phone as a smart TV. It's very good because we can watch Thai movies, listen to Thai music ^^

The hotel is gorgeous, stylish, new, and clean. Close to both Yodoyabashi and Kitahama-ekimae stations. Hence, traveling to Umeda, Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Shin-Osaka stations is very convenient. Has 7-11 nearby. The hotel is actually in a business district so it's actually very quiet at night.
