This was like home from home. Julie and Richard were very personable and couldn’t do enough to help us. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad every morning, cereal, yoghurt, cooked to order full Scottish breakfast with toast and home made jams. Spacious sitting room to relax in. Hot tub was great as our daughter and grand daughter used it every night.

We had a great stay in the Tartan Room. The bathroom is only for the use of this room, but is across the corridor. The hosts were brilliant, provided loads of useful information about the local areas and activities. We left something behind by accident and Julie went out of her way to return it. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly made and lots of options. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I had a fabulous 2 night stay here! Spotlessly clean, all the extra amenities included (shampoo, shower gel etc), homemade shortbread in the room. Great breakfast, continental as well as cooked. Julie is just the best host!

The blue room was plenty big enough with twin beds and well stocked brewing items including home made short bread, the breakfast was probably the best ive had from a b&b and overall good value for money

The land lady is exteemly friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean , with ample coffee,milk and tea provided and home made shortbread. The cooked breakfast was fantastic; cooked to perfection and very filling. This guest house is a gold mine of a find. I would have no hesitation returning.

Very joyful hosts! Awesome breakfast! The Tartan room has a private bathroom but it is across the corridor - we never met anyone ;) Great bed&breakfast.

Very nice guest house to stay in, lovely rooms, well designed and fantastic choice for breakfast, cooked, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, baked beans, tomatoes, haggis and toast. Lots of cereals and fresh fruit. Would really recommend a stay here.

Our hostess Julie was fabulous! She cooked breakfast to order each day and paid attention to detail on all the room amenities. It feels like a full service hotel.

Fantastic 5 night stay at the Dunclutha guest house.Big room and a comfortable bed private bathroom also very tasty homemade shortbread in room to enjoy with a cup of tea.Breakfast was of the highest quality and plenty of it.Very convenient location.Would definately return on future visits to leven.TOP TIP If you are a hiker base yourself here for a few nights and use the frequent bus service to get along the coast.Great value Highly recommend.
