Very helpful staff and good location with a small shopping mall nearby. The room was in a run down state (marks on the walls, dirty ventilation by the bed) but it was on a decent discount, so still a good value for money. The restaurant is pretty average and the lobby area is fine for waiting but not great for working as there is a hosting space right above it and it gets really noisy if there is an event happening there. Fantastic breakfast!

Nice personnel, good breakfast and very beautifull rooms. But rhe pillows were hard as a stone. Please change the pillows to the soft ones.

Room not very clean, issues with reservation which required multiple explanation with staff; very crowded hotel and experience not to be repeated

This is a really nice hotel for a good price. The bed is really comfortable and the room was very spacious. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early as I just got off a 15 hour train ride from Kyiv. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot to choose from

The front desk lady - Tatiana, was very rude, unprofessional and not polite at the check out trying to charge me for unused services. I was shocked on her behavior and the way she taken to me. Same behavior she had with me other 3 business friends!!! The hotel was full of noisy, smelly and hungry wrestlers.

It is a nice hotel, well equiped in good location, about 10 min by taxi from the airport, 30 min by tram from the centre. Not much in the lkcal area though.

In love with every detail. I enjoyed my stay here! Delicious food at the restaurant. Super quick check in! Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Professional staff. Everything is super clean. Will absolutely come back again!
