Excellent location, easy to walk to main sights in town center. Didn't like the full English Breakfast- not much flavor. But cold cereals, yogurt and toast fine. The twin beds in room for 3-4 people were awful. Metal mattress coils dug into my back and it was impossible to get comfortable. Even layering the duvet from another bed over the mattress did not help. Both twin beds are like that.

Lucy and her Husband couldn't have accommodated us more. From the moment we arrived Lucky was friendly, helpful with recommendations if the town. Walking distance to town filled with shops, restaurant and the beautiful water. Breakfast everyday was just delicious, eggs cooked to perfection 👌. The property is well maintained and the rooms are a good size and exceptionally clean and pleasant. The lady owner is very friendly helpful and accommodating and provides exceptional cooked breakfast cereals fruit yoghurt juice and tea or fresh coffee with refills available. The property is less than a five minute walk to all amenities town centre and cultural hotspots with a 24hr garage next door and a convenient local shop. Very beautiful and enjoyable stay

This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend it. Will definitely return.

The lady greeting us was really friendly and informative and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Real attention to detail. Cooked breakfast was excellent in volume, quantity and quality. Superb start to the day. Room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and fantastic facilities. Location is perfect. 10 min stroll to the heart of town. If you’re thinking of booking. Stop thinking and get it booked!

Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay Lucy greeted us for check-in which was swift and efficient. Very friendly approach The room was very clean and tidy with plenty of coffee etc to choose from which was replenished every day Nothing was too much trouble The breakfasts were very good and cooked well We would definitely return when we go back to Stratford .
