A comodidade de localização atendeu as necessidades e expectativas para passar a noite.

As always the staff, price, breakfast and location fits our needs perfectly. It would be nice to have some restaurants nearbye and free transport to and from the airport.

I love the hotel, staff and price. But the location is not wonderful.

The price is good for what you get. I am staying here again.

It’s a good hotel to stay at close by the airport. It’s my “go to” hotel in Confins. Breakfast is always great and the rooms are nice. Hot water, nice air conditioning , comfy and fresh rooms. They even offer free transport from the airport to the hotel!

The A/C barely worked. We were given a number to call for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No one answers the number. We took ride share to the hotel, told them, and they just said “that’s not us”.

Awesome staff, price, room, breakfast but need to spruce up the outside property.

I loved the price, staff and breakfast! That more than made up for some repairs that need done on the property and the area around the hotel being run down. I just tried to reserve a room again for our next trip and it says not available through Expedia.

I placed an order for soup that never arrived, when I called the concierge they said that I had to get it (what happened w the room service). Another episode, that I’m sure I forgot my apple beats earphone at the room; so I called the hotel right away and they couldn’t find it. However I was able to see thru find my earphone in my iPhone, showing the earphone at the hotel. No happy with their staff. It’s funny here is US that doesn’t happened.. I do not recommend.

Affordable, reasonable, very close to the Tancredo Neves International airport.

The front desk staff were awesome. But, the shower was not hot, there are many repairs that need done (ie. water leakage from shower that made the flooring come up), walls and doors are thin and doors are warped so they do not shut or open easily. Nothing near bye to do or restaurant to eat at.

O hotel é bom. O quarto é bem confortável e aconchegante, o banheiro é grande, tem um espelho enorme para se maquiar, tem um secado pequeno, mas que ajuda bastante, ar-condicionado bom, sem barulho, a acústica do quarto é boa também, só melhoraria os travesseiros, eram muito baixos. O café da manhã é bom, porém, simples, mas, poderia melhorar, ter mais variedade de frutas, de biscoitos, bolos, salgados, ter alimentos sem lactose e sem glútem, para ser mais inclusivo, oferecer mais opções de queijos, as geleias serem de frutas, e não industrializadas, ter doce de leite e goiabada (estamos em Minas e isso deveria ser obrigatório nos cafés kk). Ah, o pão de queijo era bem bom! A equipe de funcionários era muito solicita e gentil. Estacionamento ok. A localização hotel é boa para quem está de carro próprio. E para quem busca um local próximo do CIAAR.
