This location is perfectly situated between the Gloucester and Cheltenham, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. Though nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it's still just a 10-minute drive to convenient shopping options like Sainsbury's or Tesco Superstore. The accommodation itself is exceptionally clean and cosy, with a charming bungalow-style layout that adds to its appeal. The thoughtful amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, and a kettle with a matching teapot and cup set, allow guests to enjoy a simple, relaxed meal in the comfort of their room.

We were made very welcome. The room and bathroom were immaculate and extremely clean, and had everything we needed for our two night stay.

Clean and nicely decorated premises, with luxury towels and thoughtful additions like biscuits and bottled water. Secluded and private gardens to sit out on a sunny day, and easy access by frequent bus service to Cheltenham or Gloucester. Altogether a lovely break with friendly and helpful service.

Second time staying and really friendly place, great room, clean and tidy and sky tv a nice treat! Breakfast delivered to your room is perfect.

We we're met on arrival and given our key. Once in the room we went through the visitor folder that gave us all the details we needed for our stay and really useful information about the local area including cab numbers, bus routes and local places to visit. The location is excellent. We used the buses over 3 days as they were great for getting into Gloucester and Cheltenham and only £2. Great for our nights out when nobody wanted to drive. Also a great location for The Cotswold Way and we visited some wonderful villages. Apart from Gloucester we visited Bourton on the Water, Lacock, Nature in Art Gallery and Museum and did a 5 mile Cotswold Way walk. The room was super clean and spacious and had everything we needed including a little microwave and a fridge which we weren't expecting but they were great, large wardrobe with big drawer, bedside cabinets, large desk/counter, toiletries and towels. There were lots of plug sockets for us to use. Plenty of tea and coffee (and biscuits) which were restocked every day. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! Large choice, perfectly presented and delivered on time every day. There is a big red telephone box on site full of leaflets for places to visit which is such a great idea. The hosts were wonderful too. Really friendly and professional. Overall, with the hosts, the lovely little touches, the cleanliness and the location, our stay could not have been better. Absolutely 5* all round.

the Hosts were exceptional, nothing was to much trouble, ideal position just metres from a bus stop, why drive when only £4 return to either Gloucester or Cheltenham, lovely quiet place and a great Pub/Restaurant just 1.5 miles away (House in the Tree) all in all exceptional stay.

Excellent 2 night stay at Hope Orchard. Hosts are lovely and could not be more helpful. Rooms spotless and the location and garden area fantastic. Would look no further for next stay in the area

Easy to find, lovely host, very clean room with everything all that could be needed

The first brine that we have checked in without meeting anybody. The room was very spacious and very clean but the bed was a little short and narrow. Breakfast was selected from a menu and delivered to the room, it was a very high standard.

Hope Orchard is a lovely spot to stay! Service was fantastic, and the breakfast included with the price was brilliant. Very nice garden space as well, would highly recommend!

Excellent quality and service. Breakfast continental? No it was more than that with a fried bacon, sausage etc bap available. Really was very good and a lovely setting.

Lovely little place with little touches that make it excellent, great wifi, lovely shower, nicely decorated comfy room, breakfast brought to your room with a wide range of options, Cheltenham isn't cheap to stay at but this does excellent on reasonable money.

Lovely to have breakfast delivered to the room, and to have gluten free options. Due to its location next to a main road, you will need some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was a bit chilly in the rooms the first night, but Sally gave us additional beddi g and turned up the radiators.

Great accommodation and excellent breakfast

Owners, Leroy & Sally, exuded enthusiam for the care of their guests. The room was very comfortable, bathroom excellent and good WiFi. Morning breakfast was delivered to our room and provided an excellent start to the day. Included full English breakfast, cereal, toast, yoghurt, juice and tea or coffee. Highly recommended!
