Pro. Hotel Building is easily accessible. Beautiful and from the corner of safety is excellent and perfect. attractive and beautiful swiming pool. a relaxing playground. fast lift. a shower in a high-pressure bathroom. Beautiful views. counter. weak and damp check-in service. no hotel operator's no telephone to contact. The room is privately owned. booking from 15th jan 19th to 27th March 2019. there is a special request for early check-in at 1. but not properly served. no free parking is available. parking is required to be named and requires Rm5 per entry. if full parking can be converted to our vehicle as a car is flying in line with the new government of malaysia. Tv does not work because it does not have a power adapter. When complaining, the hotel operator said no action could be taken. useless. the room condition is not as advertised and described as traveloka. no living room. no table. please be kind. It took me almost one hour to get the key. They even lied to us saying the hotel air cond having a problem but at the end they said they were overbooked! The hotel room was bad. Even the bedsheets are dirty. During check out, when we returned the key, they asked us to wait so they can check the room. I just gave them a “nice” stare and they returned me the deposit: my worst experience ever

Pleasant stay. Room was large. The room was clean and modern. Comfortable king size bed.
