Close to Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc. The ski storage area was fantastic to dry the skis overnight.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially on the Friday night. We needed some stuff that was missing in the room and the guy on staff was really sweet and friendly. Breakfast was a no can do, they write that between 7&8am its quiet but when we went downstairs the lineup was huge and just ended up bringing up to the room some juice and muffins. Nice to see a few new places around the hotel that have opened up, but still a lot of empty spaces, would have been nice if a few more places were there just to have some variety. Now for the issues we had..the tissue box was almost empty and had to ask for another one. The fan was super loud in the washroom, almost deafening! We found hairs on the sheets and pillows which is totally unacceptable for the type of room we had or any room for that matter. I know its been 5 years that we have been there since covid, but at this rate i cannot even say that the room was cleaned up in the first place, and even if it was, my suggestion to you guys is get new cleaning ladies or better yet give them more training cos it was just way too much! The coffee machine was filthy as usual, the tray was full of crumbs where they put the mugs. Stove element had burnt food on food. Cutlery drawer was full of hairs inside too. Microwave same, dirty and some hairs. They probably use the same cloth to "clean" the room which only spreads the dirt everywhere, hence the hairs! We had some really noisy neighbors,they had kids that kept playing in the hallw

This hotel is ideally situated for all area activities. Sadly construction quality is poor for its use. They have a pool so family clients, the walls are paper thin and floors transmit sound. You not only hear your neighbours but thier neighbours as well. House rules are not enforced. Will not be staying there in the future

Nice and clean. Convenient location for skiing at mont Tremblant. Only 10 minutes drive. Good breakfast.

The hotel address in google map takes me to the back of the hotel. I need do drive a large loop to go back to the front door of the hotel. Maybe something the hotel can speak to Google?

Microtel is a good hotel that provides all basic amenities. We paid a lot more than their usual rate and could have gotten a better hotel in this price.

Good location, clean and well-maintained property. However, the breakfast could be better. Very limited choice of meals was offered.

I had booked a room with a mini kitchen, but I was surprised to find that there were no dishes provided. It was unclear why I was paying extra for a kitchen and microwave when there were no utensils or plates available.The TV remote barely worked, and the TV volume was limited to a level where it was difficult to hear anything. Additionally, the fridge and air conditioning made unusually loud noises throughout the night. I generally don’t wake up due to background noise, but this was noticeably louder than expected.I had assumed the hotel had a gym, but it turned out there wasn’t one. That was my mistake for not checking beforehand, though it's uncommon for hotels not to have at least a small gym.The breakfast options were quite limited in terms of healthy choices—the only option was boiled eggs, while the rest consisted mainly of sugary carbohydrates.Communication was exclusively in French, with no translation option. I had to copy and paste emails into a translator manually. Lastly, I kept receiving bank notifications about declined or attempted charges , When I went to the lobby to inquire, I was told that this was their daily method of verifying sufficient funds for the stay.Overall, my experience was disappointing due to these various inconveniences.

Bad service After my vacation at the hotel ended, I found that they had charged me extra money on my credit card. When I asked them about it, I didn’t get an answer, and they told me, "Call us later so we can find out the reason."

Close to the ski hill and restaurants. Staffs are nice.

Ce fut une mauvaise expérience aucunement insonorisée on pouvait entendre les enfants crier et courir à côté en plus le soir il y a eu une chicane dans le corridor à cause du bruit justement! Petit lit queen on aurait dit un lit double Si vous voulez la paix je ne recommande pas. Sinon le personnel est excellent super gentil et accueillant!

I liked the staff service: very cordial. Breakfast was average: no meat, too long to get a waffle, not enough places to seat.

As a family I appreciated that we were able to use the dining area. We could bring take out and eat in the dining area instead of bringing food into our room. The kids could play board games and spread out. Just wish the pool area was bigger and had more chairs, it would get crowded.
