Roaches in the rooms and the staff is moody at the desk one day they cool the next day they beating your door down like I wouldn’t pay or they just didn’t see the reservation

Found Roaches in my room and wanted to cancel my reservation. The guy at the front desk gave me a dirty look when I told him I would like to cancel because of the roaches and he didn’t believe me. I showed him the photo I took of the roach I found within 5 minutes of being inside my room. He told me he was not going to cancel my reservation because I booked through Expedia and there was nothing he could do. So I gave him my key and went to a knew hotel to stay. Would never stay at this place ever again, it was terrible customer service and room was not that clean and had roaches.

This place is a horrible disgusting place ... We were from out of state and picked this ....it was absolutely disgustingly dirty !!! Do not stay here

Did not meet satisfactory expectations

Assumed I wanted a smoking room and didn’t. The room isn’t up-to-date.

Staff was rude whenever I checked in and the room had a strong smoke odor. Tons of activity in the parking lot and screaming and arguing. Got 0 sleep. Room looed nothing like it did online

A bit of roaches on the walls but other than that it was fine

Walls are thin can usual hear people from outside most hours of the day and the ac when in use smells like burnt plastic or burnt rubber after 2 nights

Property is good just wish there was breakfast
