Spacious apartment with clean, sea view, am able to watch the sunrise on the bed. There are 2 points minus the weak wifi signal and the room is tidy daily but the staff didn't sweep the room, I scanned the sand in a corner of the room without seeing the sand being scanned. Convenient central location, walk across the beach to the beach, near XQ embroidery shop, night market and Tram Huong tower.

The staff at the hotel are enthusiastic. Furniture is a bit old but still good compared to the location and price. The elevator is a bit slow because there are only three lifts for the whole building with more than 40 floors, so the rush time is a bit long
