All very good as expected. We didn’t order food on this occasion but it has always been very good in the past.

Room was spotless , shower was great, bed was great slept well, didn't have breakfast, we will fefenatly stay again

Appallingly rude person on reception. Made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we walked in. So much so that we abandoned staying here and booked into another hotel nearby.

Absolutely immense so well look after, incredible food, staff and rooms beautifully appointed.

Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning. Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)

Friendly staff, polite doorman/security (wasn't expecting a doorman), welcoming room. All quite nice really. Bed was comfortable - which is a priority.

Excellent from reception to leaving. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for a tasty breakfast. We will be back.

Had an excellent stay at the Pontcanna Inn! I had a last-minute trip to Cardiff come up and was very happy to find such a lovely place on short notice. The room was, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Despite being above a pub and close to the street, the room was very quiet. I could hardly hear any noise from the pub or the street during my time there. Would definitely recommend the Pontcanna Inn for anyone looking for a stay in Cardiff.

we only stayed one night .lovely room , super comfy and easy to get everywhere by foot . Parking is very tricky . Staff were great , really friendly and helpful . we stayed mid week but imagine it would be fairly noisy at a weekend .
